Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. The home is new, very well maintained, the A/C worked great, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a wonderful place for our group.We only had a few minor suggestions that future guests may appreciate knowing. The home was stocked with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen, so it would be helpful to let guests know they should plan to bring additional supplies for longer stays.The garage is also a bit smaller than expected and would not accommodate our full-size pickup truck, so we had to park it in the condo parking lot. Additionally, while the listing mentions parking for four vehicles, the provided golf cart occupies one of those spaces, making the practical parking capacity closer to three vehicles.These were all relatively minor inconveniences and did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

This house was very cute and clean, had an outside shower for after going to the beach. Had a nice golf cart to use as well. The pools there for use for the whole area were on the smaller side but great for those days u just want to swim and not go to the beach. Tons of little shopping areas close by and the house had everything I needed for our 3 families that went. Loved that it had washer and dryer to use as well. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to truly relax after long beach days. The fenced-in large back patio was a huge bonus and perfect for letting our dog safely sniff around and enjoy the space.We did have a small issue with the shower draining, but it was handled incredibly well—the property manager came out the very same day and fixed it promptly, which we really appreciated.We’ve stayed in the Maravilla neighborhood dozens of times and are very fond of the amenities; they’re truly hard to beat. This was our first time staying somewhere that offered a complimentary golf cart, and it was such a fun and useful perk. We loved using it to explore the area, get to and from the beach, and especially to shorten the time to home from the hot tub on chilly nights.Overall, a great experience in a neighborhood we already love—would absolutely stay here again.
