Welcome to Rosemary Cottage — a warm, thoughtfully designed retreat in a prime Greenville location that puts you close to everything while still feeling cozy and relaxed. Located just minutes from shopping and dining in Cherrydale and only 10 minutes from all that Downtown Greenville and Downtown Traveler's Rest have to offer, this charming cottage combines convenience with comfort, making it an ideal home base whether you’re here for work, adventure, or a slower getaway.

Inside, the home features a comfortable living room with a decorative fireplace and Smart TV with Roku access (guests use their own streaming accounts), a dedicated office/reading nook, and a dining area that seats six. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday meals, including a dishwasher, disposal, electric range, and microwave, while the nearby laundry area includes a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. The home is fully furnished, allowing for a stress-free stay from the moment you arrive.

The layout includes two well-appointed bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and a spacious, updated ensuite with a large walk-in shower and barn doors for privacy. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with a wooden sleigh frame, a dresser, and an attached half bath, offering flexibility for guests. A full hall bathroom with tub/shower combo is also available.

Step outside to enjoy one of the home’s best features — a large, fully-fenced backyard complete with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a grill, making it perfect for relaxing evenings or mornings with coffee. Rosemary Cottage is pet-friendly (with a pet fee) and thoughtfully set up for guests traveling with dogs, including a dog door and plenty of outdoor space to explore.
