Convenience and location. Great in house laundromat which was well used after our days of cycling.
We initially had rooms facing out onto The Market area which were not sound proofed enough, so they were very noisy for our first 3 nights stay. We requested rooms facing into the internal courtyard on our return stay later in the trip and they were much better and noise free.

The room we had was facing the Market area and was very noisy.

Room was spacious and comfortable.
Their staff decided to do disruptive work in the hallway outside our room at 7am, waking us up, showing disregard for guest comfort. I don't know why the work couldn't wait for a more decent hour. It was already not a nice sleep with how loud it is with clubbing music in our room.
