The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a very large room. There is a small pool.
The rooms are looking a little old and could do with a deep-clean. There is a gym, but it consists of a few machines (none of which work), a bench and a few weights.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but in need of maintenance. The water only gets warm not hot.
The entire building seemed to need some basic maintenance. The elevator is quite small and very slow. Paint peeling, exterior doors and windows don't open and close well. Drapes have stains on them. The exercise area is minimal in equipment and quality. Never ate in the restaurant. Location is quite remote but there is a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby.
