An excellent base for a visit to Copenhagen with close proximity to the Metro and the S trains. We have stayed there on several occasions on visits to Copenhagen and have immediately booked in for our next visit. The welcome pack lasted throughout our 5 night stay.

The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I appreciated being close to reception and the other facilities. It was also within walking distance of the running event I participated in, which made the location particularly convenient.
Anything that needed attention was dealt with promptly and professionally by the team, which I really appreciated.

The location was great and the apartment was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to come back again.
We did not love the breakfast as it was not really kid friendly. Kids like very basic stuff and it was more like fine dining. Even when they had pancakes, the Nutella did not taste like normal Nutella. Kids are very fussy about stuff like that. We were very excited about having a toaster in the apartment, but when we tried to use it, it was smoking. We were therefore too scared to use it. When we used the shower the first time, my daughter found someone else's hair near the drain of the shower indicating that it maybe hadn't been cleaned properly between guests. There was a broom but no dustpan.

Good location, nice functional rooms with good kitchen and appliances
Understaffed. Had long wait times to get basic service, often no one at reception, had to follow up multiple times simple requests (eg baby nappy bin, bin liners, baby bathtub… all of which should have been provided as it was last time given we had indicated a baby would be with us)
