Very clean, the steam room option in the shower was great, staff were lovely and very helpful. Good location - very quiet and about 20min walk from the centre. Minibar offered a lot of refreshment options. We booked this with a big discount which was very good value for the room and facilities.

Only downside was a fairly firm mattress and firm flat pillows - but for a short stay this was fine.

Spacious, light and airy room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was big and modern.

Remote / digital check-in didn’t acknowledge us at first and we had to wait for on-site staff to check us in.

The location was good, not too far from the city centre. Easy access to public transport too. Bed was very big and comfortable, air con was good.

We paid extra to stay here and in the Superior Room. It is advertised as having a balcony and when we arrived, there were steps to a terrace on the roof which was lovely but it did not have any furniture to sit. All the other balconies we could see around us had lovely comfy seating, plant pots, trees and parasols. We asked at reception about a table and chairs and they said that they were broken and being replaced in a few days but we were only there for 3 nights. The next day they had put a plastic table and chairs there from the court yard which was nice of them but just felt it could have been made nicer considering the room we picked/paid for. There was also a single bed in the room that we didn’t require. We did ask for it to be removed as it took some of the room up but it didn’t get removed. There were tea and coffee facilities but only paper cups provided which we found quite strange for a luxury hotel. On the 2nd day we seen ants on the counter top too.

Really good location around 4 stops on a tram from train station. Walking distance from all attractions (20 mins approx). Property was really nice and clean & it smelt lovely. The rooms were huge and had great facilities. Walk in shower, mini fridge, 2 massive windows and lots of space. Beds were super comfy!
