Water Front on a beautiful protected cove (Brushy Creek. One cove South of Little Tiger creek). 5 min from Public or Mill Creek boat ramps. Perfect for fishermen or a family looking to relax. Sit back and enjoy the sunrise and beautiful view of the water or relax by the fire pit. Brushy Creek is a deep water sheltered cove with great fishing from boat or bank. Kayak, paddle board or ski all day long. Boats can be tied to the dock or bank and left in the water. Parking available for vehicles and trailers. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, boat ramps, golf course and other activities. Kayaks available for rental.

The property is on the water. We were able to keep the boat in the water and ready for fishing. The house is well maintained. The host is next door and available for any questions.

Great location. Quiet spot, very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Had a lovely time and would recommend to couples. Easy boat trailer parking. Very close to restaurants, public boat launches. Lots of TV channels to choose from, including sports. Has stairs so pack lightly. All the necessaries are there for a lovely time!

This was a perfect set up for our trip! The view and dock access was better than we’d anticipated. Only 5 minutes from local shops, meat market, etc. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next Rayburn visit!

Great lake frontage
This is house was exactly where we wanted to be, on a quiet cove with plenty of lake frontage. We set up a tent and hung by the water all day fishing and riding the jet ski. The house is nice and has comfortable beds.

Our family enjoyed this lake house for a few days. The description was perfect. Nice location.

A slice of heaven
Great location, easy to find and located within 15 minutes of shopping and dining if needed. Home owner was very nice, kept to themselves and even offered up some fishing tips for the area. Great area of the lake for swimming, and as of this writing, our kids are still waterlogged 😁. Be aware, the pathway to the dock from the house has a steep climb and descent, so someone with bad joints may find it troublesome to take on. Other than that, we had an enjoyable experience and would stay here again.

Relaxing, beautiful place on the lake
This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway with a beautiful lake view. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and sitting on the dock in the evenings. The home is very clean and roomy. Terry and Nanette are wonderful hosts.

What an awesome vacation stay at the Lake House on Brushy Creek. My wife, 11-year old son, and I stayed for a week at this lovely location. Right on the Lake with a dock for fishing and we used it for a Pontoon Rental from Needmore Rentals (an awesome suggestion from Nanette Vaughn) where they brought the pontoon right to us. Great location close to restaurants and Rayburn Country Club, where we enjoyed a Thursday night with live music for St. Patrick's Day. Clean rental with all the amenities we needed for a week. Nanette answered all our questions before we arrived and when we were on site. Just a fun, awesome place to stay.
