Awesome location, great pool area and loved having a parking spot, in a garage.

As described and more. Everything you need to have a good time with friends or fam without breaking the bank.

Loved the entire property.

Property amenities were excellent. Great view of ocean while poolside. Grills and picnic tables if you want to eat at the condo and not go out to restaurants every meal. Security measures were appreciated, as I felt safe on the property. Location was approximately 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to visit. Smather's beach was a walkable distance.

Great property. Wish there were more and Aries in the apartment. Not enough toilet paper or shampoo or cleaning products/paper towels. Great pool, gym picnic areas. Very quiet.

I thought the property was great - not too far from all of the hustle and bustle but enough that you weren't in the mix of all the nightlife.

We didn't spend a ton of time at the condo, but when we did, we really enjoyed it. Very clean and quiet. Security made sure of that. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it highly.

Also I've stayed in Airbnb in us and abroad, I was never asked to strip the beds and wash the sheets.The comforter in master bedroom was stained and kitchen cabinet handles were sticky

We had a beautiful 5 days in Key West and having this condo to come back to was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice and quite. The unit could use a upgrade on decor.. But otherwise it met our needs.

the condo was located in a great neighborhood and is family friendly. It was a good experience overall. The only negative i would say is that the hallways smelled like cigaratte smoke so it gave it a feeling of living in a cheap motel. The interior of the condo and the room sizes were perfect and clean.

Initial check-in is a bit confusing but just took a moment to figure out. Parking was limited (one guaranteed space for the unit) but was enough for our stay. Appliances were in good condition and worked well. Managers answered my question while I was there promptly. The pool is quite nice and the view from the spacious balcony was great.

The room was clean, that is the best positive thing I can say. The property title mentioned newly renovated. The kitchen and bath were the most recent updated but it was still a long time ago. Everything was very outdated. Water damage in both bathrooms and broken bifold doors for laundry area. Instructed to put sheets in the wash but there wasn’t enough laundry detergent left. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work and the freezer shelves were rusted. Stove had loose coils and the some of the burners only worked as high heat. The information about the property location was kept secret until paid in full, that is so you can’t get a nicer room at the property directly from the 1800 Atlantic website.

The unit is clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect. Away from the busy downtown area but close enough you can get to Duval street in minutes. I am sure we will be back again!
