Beautiful desert oasis. Just remodeled, Pet Friendly, even has a doggy door. Great location. Walk to several great eating and drinking establishments, movie theaters, grocery stores, and trails. Private, fenced Patio with peaceful fountain, huge trees and Weber BBQ. Modern Kitchen. Bath with Double Vanity and Granite counter tops. 1 comfortable King size bed and 1 Comfortable queen size bed1 with high-end linens. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed and a desk. In-unit washer and dryer. 40' flat screen TV with DVD. Walk a few steps to a Day Spa and Beauty Salon. We have 2 side-by-side units, see our other listing 429933

Apartment had everything you would need. Comfy king bed. Yard was great for dog. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would stay next time.

There was 4 of us and we were all comfortable and really enjoyed the house. Had a bit of an issue with the tv. Emailed the host responded right away and had someone out to fix it. Would stay here again

Brad was very accommodating and the space provided was very centrally located in west Sedona and perfect for our family. Loved the Murphy bed in the office and the double sink vanity in the bathroom. We’ll be back for sure!

We stayed with our dog for 4 nights in mid October. We loved the location in west Sedona…. Away from the crazy traffic and walkable to several restaurants. Also, a nice neighborhood to walk the dog.
The property was appointed nicely with more than enough towels, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home a couple of nights. The unit was very clean (and I’m a clean freak). Enjoyed sitting outside in the small walled in area early mornings.
Would definitely recommend, and would stay at again.

This was an amazing place to stay! The location is ideal. It is tucked away in a quiet spot, but close enough to everything as well. The outside table and yard area are seculed and relaxing with the fountain. We stayed here 4 nights and would defintely stay again. The space was perfect for 3 adults. We loved it.

This was the perfect place to bring our pups. It was a great location in the middle of town. It was quiet and clean with all the amenities we needed.

This was what I advertised. A basic accommodations with a plus outside area. The only difficulties were 1)figuring out how to open the gate was tricky, but proved to be easy once I figured it out. 2) the streaming TV proved challenging even after I figured it out. The location is excellent. The place was clean. It met my expectations.

We loved our stay in this house. Location is great and close to majority of the popular trails. Owners were so kind and provided fir free Red Rock pass so we didn’t have to pay for parking on those trails. Lots of restaurants around so we just walked to have a dinner. It was very good for us because we traveling a lot and only slipping at home, however if you planning to spend more time at home, it might be not enough room for all because house is not that big.
In overall, my rate for this home is 5 stars because it has all that we was needed.

This lovely spot is either walking distance or a short drive to many of Sedona’s hotspots. It was clean and as advertised. And Brad was very gracious when I got the checkout time wrong!

We had a wonderful visit here! We stayed for 3 weeks and had everything we needed. Great location, great yard for our dog. Brad was easy to communicate with and a very generous host. Definitely recommend.

This was a great place for just me. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and the property was as described. I knocked off some points for cleanliness as there was a spill of what looked like coffee on the living room floor when I arrived, and dirt near the legs of the coffee table. Also, the windows and front door were very dirty. But the areas that mattered the most appeared clean.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Stutz Bearcat Dr., very much. This was our 1st time to Sedona, and the location was perfectly centered (for us) for all the activities we had planned to do and see. We would differently choose this property for a second visit to Sedona, AZ.

I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights on a mother daughter get away. The apartment was clean, the bed was super comfortable, Kitchen had everything we needed, even the very important wine glasses! The outside was very private and peaceful with a table & chairs, and the fountain was a great added touch. Brad was very responsive, and had some great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I would stay there again for sure!

We came to Sedona to hike. This spot was very central to all the hikes we did. We had originally planned on bringing our dogs with us but changed our minds. It would have been a great spot if we had them too. We did not use the extra room but it could have been handy if we had visitors as planned. If we come back to Sedona this will Be where we stay again!
