This property is a serious gem. I was having trouble finding a place to stay in Telluride and this property popped up. The description sounded good. I emailed the owner and he sent me back a very clear description and answered my questions. The check in process was very well set up with instructions on the condo unit and how to get in. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything was as described. It was very well furnished with a fun reclining couch and TV with fireplace. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need out of a kitchen (like even down to a crock-pot!). It is literally as close as you can get to the mountain village main square and chair lift. Total ski in - ski out. Hot tub worked great. I have nothing but positive things to say! Would stay here again if it were ever available again!

The condo was exactly as advertised and even more convenient than we expected. An incredibly short ski or walk right to the Village base, and tons of bars, restaurants, and ski shops nearby. The gondola into town was also very easy for evening plans. Keith was responsive throughout and very easy to work with. We would definitely return.

We stayed here with four adult men for a ski weekend. Enough beds, baths, etc, and plenty of room for lounging. This place is truly ski in ski out, you are just a very short walk to the mountain village, gondola, etc. We dealt with Keith a few times, and each time he was extremely responsive, and very helpful. There is no reason I wouldnt book this condo again!

This is our second time at the amazing property. If is perfect for a family with a well equipped kitchen. And only a few steps off the slope. We loved it

This property was perfect for friends’ wedding in Telluride. It was in a great location, very close to Mountain Village Plaza, the gondola and all the weekend wedding activities. The condo had two specious bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition, the living room, dining room and kitchen were well stocked. Keith was a great communicator and was quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend this property for your next stay in Telluride/Mountain Village!

We loved the condo. It’s located steps away from the village square and free gondola into town. Classic cozy ski condo feel with plenty of sleeping space and a huge common room with a family sized leather reclining couch. Perfect location for anyone looking for easy access to ski/mountain bike lifts.

In town for a wedding and this was the perfect location. Steps away from the gondola and shops/restaurants. Loved drinking coffee in the morning on the little deck out back. Great stay

Amazing location to Telluride Mountian Village area. Spacious condo with all the amenities you need. Keith was very responsive and helpful.

Stayed here with my wife and two young children over Spring Break. Both kids were in ski school multiple days and this location is perfect for that. Incredibly close to Village Express lift and Mountain Village.

We just stayed with our family of 6 at Kayenta 9. The location was perfect. True ski in/out. It is also located within two minutes walk to the gonadolas into telluride and mountain village center (grocery store). It’s also right in the center of mountain village with all of the restaurants, shops, and ice rink. Everything was cleaned and in order. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It even has Tupperware to save leftovers. Also, it has a trash compactor in the kitchen so you don’t have to take the trash out everyday. Keith, the property manager, was helpful and very easy to work with. We will absolutely stay here again next year.

Great location! Unit could use some updating and had limited extras(ie nonextra towels). Hot tub wasn’t clean at arrival but was emptied, cleaned, and fix up right away after we made owner aware. Overall great experience. The location makes this place great!

We really enjoyed our ski trip to Telluride. The condo was ski in / ski out to Lift 4 and only a very short walk to Lift 1, and to the shops / restaurants in Mountain Village. The condo had a larger living room than most ski condos and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. When we had an issue with the DISH television channels, the owner fixed it within hours. We would definately stay there again.

2nd time we’ve stayed in Kayenta and first in this unit. It’s perfect for 4 kids and the ease of moving between ski lifts and ski school. Keith is a great communicator and very responsive. Highly recommend

Property Manager was awesome.

We have stayed at several places in the Mountain Village core, and this has been one of our favorites. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location cannot be beat! Keith was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely want to stay here again!

We had a fantastic time. Keith was helpful and accommodating. The condo was beautiful and literally steps to the slope. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. We loved our stay and hope to come back. Guests who plan to cook should know that the grocery store in mountain village is closed until May 2020 so be prepared and bring stuff with you, otherwise you have to go to town. We give our stay 5 stars!!! Thank you

We usually stay in the town of Telluride.However, I think we will be Mountain Village converts.The property was so close to the gondola, kids camps, bike park, bike rentals and restaurants as well as all of the activities in Mountain Village.Very quiet for sleeping as well.Property needs new windows and could use some updates.

Incredible location and great place to stay.

Condo has the best ski access! Literally step out the back door and you are at lift 4. Location is superb right in the Mountain Village core and steps away from the Gondola. Easy booking and garage parking!

We enjoyed our stay at this ski in/ ski out condo. Great location on the mountain with easy access to the Village Express, chondola, and Sunshine Express lifts, ski school, gondolas to the market and Telluride town, and an easy walk to the Mountain Village area with restaurants and shops. Keith ( the owner) lives nearby and quickly responded when we needed help with the fireplace and TV controls. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and the location can’t be beat. This 2 bedroom condo very comfortably accomodated our family of 5 and we hosted another family of 5 for dinner a couple of times. The washer/ dryer in the unit is very handy as well as the glove/ boot drier/ heater. We kept our skiis on the back patio and skiied out from there every morning. I highly recommend this condo.

Very convenient and was great for our 2 couples. Could have added a few more kids to the other room.
