About The Space: 1st Bedroom - Queen Size Bed, Nightstands, Large Closet and Large Dresser on the 1st Floor. It also has a ceiling fan and Smart HD TV w/ DirecTV service. The bedroom window faces the south towards the aspen treed front yard of the property and pine forested Gibson's Ridge. Equipped with blackout shades to allow you to sleep in on your getaway. 2nd Bedroom - Twin over Full Bunk-Bed, Nightstand, Built In Shelves near the bed for your devices, Large Closet and a Pine Dresser to get settled during your stay. Also on the 1st Floor. This room also has a foldaway twin if needed. The space also features blackout shades for those that like to take it slow in the mornings. Dresser is bolted to wall for safety with kiddos. The upper Twin bunk is really only great for kids or small adults. The foldaway twin is really only good or kids that are 60 lbs or less. 3rd Bedroom - Queen Size Bed, Nightstands, TV, and Dresser located on the 2nd floor off the living room. Small Deck directly off this space and it's great to open the door and let the mountain air in. 32" TV w DirecTV Service. This space was originally built as an in law suite and the space features vaulted ceilings and opens up to sink, counter, and full size fridge. This space has it's own private 3/4 bath. Note: Listing Site determines total count for me based on beds - and they consider the Twin mattress as able to accommodate 2. I am doing everything I can to dispell any confusion around sleeping accommodations. Living Space: The upstairs open floor plan features hand hewn timbers stretching across the vaulted ceilings. South facing views with large windows create plenty of natural light that dances in the Spring, Summer, and Fall as the wind blows the aspen leaves. This space includes the kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, living room, and a deck with views of the Aspen Treed Lot and Gibson's Ridge. The interiors are complete with aspen wood panel accent walls that create a vintage Crested Butte vibe. Kitchen - The Kitchen is fully equipped. As frequent travellers ourselves, we know how disappointing it can be to cook in a kitchen that isn't fully equipped and we have put thought and effort into making sure you will have what you need - including the 20 spice rack, nice pans, mixing bowls, and a slow cooker. The kitchen has been updated with all new stainless steel appliances including a gas range for the discerning chef. You'll enjoy cooking in this mountain getaway for breakfasts before a big day on the mountain and on the nights you aren't enjoying the fantastic offerings in town. Living Room - The Living Room features an oversized and comfortable leather couch and ottoman. The 47 inch Smart HDTV is serviced by over 160 channels (including all the HGTV and Sport Channels). Plug in your Netflix Credentials and enjoy the streaming service during your getaway! Dining Area - The Dining Area is off the Kitchen and largely shares that space. The table is kept to accommodate 6 but can be extended with the built in table leaf to seat 8 comfortably. We have chairs/stools for 8. Breakfast Bar - The Breakfast Bar seats 4 comfortably and can fit up to 6. Entryway/1st Level: The large entryway has plenty of space to hang coats, hats, gloves, and gear (... and benches to help with getting it all on). There is also a coat cloest. The Main BR and 2nd BR, Full Bath with Laundry are also on the first level. The in-floor heating is great on cool mornings when getting out of the shower. A second outside entrance and entryway is also present and also features a small laundry washer and dryer as well as a closet for your coats, clothes, and suitcases. This was the separate entry for the In-Law Suite which was necessary before the two sides were combined. The property is serviced by a tankless water heater and there is always hot water for a large group. Pack light and do laundry during your stay with a starter set of detergent provided. Summer Amenities: We provide 2 Townie Bikes to cruise around town in the Spring, Summer, and Fall as seasons permit. We also provide a propane grill and picnic table out front to enjoy your evenings outside as seasons permit. The bikes and grill are put in storage November - April and are brought out once the weather allows. This home does have a Ring Doorbell Camera. This camera is not actively monitored, but does record activity for research if an issue does arise. I respect your privacy and not interested in watching the comings and goings of guests at the property. I want you to enjoy your time here to relax and enjoy the space. This place was in an ideal location- walking distance to town/shops and to the local bus to get up to the mountain. We’ve been going to CB with the same group of friends for the last 9 years and this place accommodated us so well! Loved the open kitchen to living room - and the bed situation was ideal for three couples! Would absolutely stay here again super clean, and communication with the host was timely and responsive!

The rental was very comfortable for my family of four. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room had comfortable seating to lounge around after a day of skiing. Great quiet location within easy waking distance to restaurants, shops and bus stop for the mountain shuttle. Would definitely love to stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. Great location with close access to the bus to the mountain and town for restaurants and shopping. The well stocked house is beautiful with a terrific layout.

Great location near the ski bus but still quiet. Just a few blocks to Elk Ave. Nice setup with bedrooms and common areas and had everything we needed. Excellent communication from Nick before and during our stay. Would definitely come back!!

Great location and as nice or nicer than pictures. Nick (owner) was great to work with. Home was as well stocked with everything you need as any place I have stayed. Would absolutely stay at property again.
