Town home located in the quaint village of Crested Butte. Construction completed in 1998 with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Open, sunny living space. Three levels including a heated mudroom entryway, two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a sleeping loft with two queen beds and half bath, two additional full baths, complete laundry and kitchen with everything you'll need. Main level has vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, walk-out deck with gas barbecue, adjoining kitchen. Cozy mountain decorations throughout. Sleeps up to eight people in four queen beds. Radiant heat to warm your toes! Conveniently located two blocks from the free shuttle that takes you on the seven minute, three mile ride up to Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort. Quiet, in town location is where you want to be. Park your car and walk to nearby restaurants, night spots, theaters, and shopping. Walk out the front door to Nordic ski trails in the winter and mountain bike and hiking trails summer and fall. Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient! 4 of us stayed here but it could have slept way more. Super close to the bus stop that drops you right at the base of the mountain. We didn’t need our cars at all as soon as we arrived to the place. It was really nice sitting by the fireplace after a long day skiing in the snow. We can’t wait to come back to crested butte!

This home was just as advertised and perfect for our family of 4 for a ski weekend in Crested Butte. The location was ideal, just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants in town and an easy 2 block walk to the bus stops to take you up to the ski slopes. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Great open kitchen/living room for eating and playing games with a large modern tv and great gas fieplace. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay at Paul’s property during a visit in January 2024. Check-in is a breeze with a code to unlock door and parking for our two cars was right out front. Two queen rooms on ground floor, living and kitchen upstairs and the loft with two more queens upstairs from that. Kitchen had a large that that the three of us could work at (no other desks) after skiing. The house is just two blocks away from the Crested Butte bus shuttle and a bit further to all of the great restaurants on Elk. We would definitely come back…

We stayed here with our 3 kids for a long ski weekend. So nice to be able to bring our pup as well. The kitchen was well equipped- although we really only had breakfasts at home. No need to drive a car once we were there- easy walk into town for dinner and shopping or the town bus for skiing. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great place to stay, close to everything we wanted to do together and individually. There were 8 of us- a set of grandparents, a set of toddler parents, a couple, a dog, and of course the toddler. Everyone had an excellent time and there was space to relax, cook and visit. Would totally stay here again!!

It was cold and snowing when we got there.. the fireplace and warm floors were nice. Living area was perfect. for meals, football and comraderie. Beds were comfy and warm. Town was a 10 minute walk....front porch and balcony porch would have been nice...but snow interrupted that..ha ha

We came for a wedding and everything was within walking distance! The area was beautiful, loved the porch and the atmosphere! Enjoyed reading some books on the shelf and watching football in the living room. Worked out perfectly for my family, would definitely recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place in Crested Butte! It was cozy, fully stocked, and close to downtown. We loved that we could bring our pup with us as well. Would love to stay here again!

This was a great home for 4-6 people. Very clean , comfortable beds , high end sheets and feather pillows. Very comfortable living room and kitchen on the middle level of 3 floors. Beautiful view from this level. Great deck with awesome chairs to sit on and enjoy the view. And a well maintained BBQ too ! TV with all the bells and whistles. Great fireplace and heated floors that maintain perfect temperature on all levels. Owners very responsive via messages on the app. Great instructions in the kitchen that answer any question you may think of. Perfect location , just quiet enough. Highly recommend!

Location is convenient to everything in the area, shopping, dining, winter sports and activities, strolling trhough a neighborhood........ We had a perfect White Christmas. We arrived to snow on the ground and received snow during our visit. That plus great driving conditions was the blessings we prayed for.

We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location walking distance to everywhere in town. The main living space was cozy and perfect for just hanging out on a snowy Sunday playing games and watching football! We keep talking about wanting to come back and how perfect this spot is! A taste of Heaven!
We LOVED this property and the fact that a few townie bikes were available for use is HUGE plus. More than enough space for our family of 4, the upstairs patio is just a great view to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. House was equipped with any essential you may need and you cannot beat it's location. We WILL be back!!!!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room, great location close to downtown CB and a 5 minute drive to ski - you could also easily walk to the free shuttle if you don't want to pay for parking. and also walk to downtown, but we had a LOT of snow so drove. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fireplace kept us comfy. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything!

Nice location but…
Good linens, comfy living space and well equipped kitchen but…Arrived at property and inside temperature was 50 degrees. First floor radiant heat took 48 hrs to reach 67 degrees at most. Had to run hot water over dishes for 2 days to bring them up to temp. Endured 3+ hours of roof cleaning/pounding day before we left.
