Everything was so nice.. grass, lake, room, the smell of the room the lobby .. so peaceful everyone was so nice gave me a beautiful room stayed for 10 days amazing property would def stay here again
Stayed for 10 days but didn’t get any type of house keeping service no towels soap nothing we had to keep using pool towels because we didn’t get any service even called saying we were going to be out the whole day cause we were going to Disney and if we could please get house keeping service and they agreed and we come back and nothing :( also there’s a wanna b cop in the gate house Spanish kid that thinks he got big balls talks to u like he’s the president lmao

The room was amazing and the staff was very friendly
If I had to put a problem with the property, I would say that they had to install new TVs in the room while we were there for the stay. They could have done it another time.

Lovely grounds and facilities.
Everything seems geared around children (face painting, children's movies at the pool, no adult exercise classes etc) so it's not really great for adults only. No room cleaning at all, although the COVID excuse is now several years old. No recognition even though this is our third year in a row starting with them.

Very bad internet service ,down for almost 2 days and had trouble loging on all week.Staff was not helpful at all,they put us in a handicap room, made showering a real water mess as overflow into bathroom floor, very disapointed, Have stayed here many times and this was terrible compared to past times.Management and front desk did not seem to care that we had a major problem with no internet and never offered to change room.

The room and the pool were amazing. The staff at the pool were really nice and made you feel special. The store staff were also sweet and helpful.
Anytime I came to the front desk, the staff were standoffish and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked simple questions and when I checked into the hotel. Was not aware there were so many services and where everything was.

- Staff rude, em diversas situações. Na hora do meu checkin a pessoa que me atendeu estava de cara fechada, foi super seca e não se dispôs a me ajudar com o que eu precisava (juntar duas reservas diferentes), pediu pra eu voltar depois de um tempo e resolver sozinho. Em outra ocasião, dois dias depois, uma outra funcionária do front desk também e atendeu mal, jogando um pequeno problema pra cima de mim, sem ter um tom positivo e sem se voluntaria para ajudar. Me senti como se estivesse em uma espelunca de 1 estrela.
- Todos os dias a partir das 7am começava uma música na área da piscina, que nos acordava, mesmo com as janelas fechadas. Muito inconveniente
- No checkin recebi um voucher para trocar por "águas premium" na Deli do Resort. Quando fomos trocar na Deli nos deram garrafas de água normal (Nestlé), e não águas premium de fato (como a Smart Water), que tinham disponíveis na geladeira da Deli. Isso é algo quase sem importância, mas que deixou a minha experiência como hóspede um pouco mais frustrante. Porque escrever água premium se na verdade estão dando água normal? Pra que enganar os hóspedes com algo tão pequeno?
- Falaram que com o cartão do quarto dava acesso ao outlet mall, que fica ao lado. Fui no outlet mas na volta tive a desagradável surpresa do cartão não abrir a porta. O cartão estava funcionando normalmente para a porta do meu quarto, mas não abria a porta lateral de acesso ao outlet mall, como tinha sido comunicado pra mim

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist sehr schön. Die Pools waren toll, das Fitness-Center sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Lage - direkt an einer Outlet Mall und ganz in der Nähe von Sea World. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Publix-Supermarkt. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Anlage und es fehlt an nichts.

Comforter between sheets was stained so it was hard to think of it as clean.
Light in bathroom flickered, no one came after reported. The bathroom fan was extremely loud. We called for an extension cord. They said they would bring one, we never received it.

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Cerca de los parques de Disney y Universal en auto. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y son comodas. Las areas comunes son lindas y el estacionamiento es muy comodo.
NO nos gusto que no tienen restaurante, el desayuno nos pareció terrible, todo entregado en empaques de plástico que siguen contaminando al mundo. Tampoco hay un lugar comodo y agradable donde comer o cenar.

Localizaçao excelente, facil acesso ao outlet que esta separado por um portão, espaço para fazer caminhada, tem equipes que vendem tickets para os parques o que facilita bastante.
Não tem cafe da manha como estamos acostumados, eles server apenas o cafe o restante precisa comprar, portanto no meu entendimento precisaria melhorar a descriçao do café. A limpeza era realizada muito tarde e nem sempre limpava todos os ambientes, tbem achei poucos utensilhos de cozinha e nao tinha fogão, só microndas.

Aconchegante, camas ótimas, staff gentil, localização excelente pra quem quer fazer compras e disney, mas quer sair do circuito da International Dr. Os quartos são un pouco antigos, mas não incomodou. A área externa é linda!
Como a proposta do quarto é ter uma mini cozinha, senti falta de fogão para alguns preparos..

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clear. Our son enjoyed the heated pool!
We received a phone call from the staff asking if we needed anything. I asked for 2 extra towels that never came. Her purpose in calling was to try to get us to attend their 90 program about the hotel and not if we were in need of anything.

The room was amazingly beautiful. The kitchen was beautiful as well. Well maintained property I have to admit.
The HVAC unit was broken when we first arrived at 4pm. It took until 7pm for them to send a tech to the room to fix it, and it took until 10pm for him to fix it.
