Perfect-located, excellently cleaned apartment with nice view and all required amenities. A few steps away from the heart of the city and the metro station. Highly-recommended for a perfect stay in beautiful Sofia.

The apartment wery nice and feels like home

One of the best places in Sofia I have stayed in. Very cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet. Felt like being home.

We loved our stay in this beautiful luminous and quiet flat that provides all amenities you might need when away from home. The host happily answered all our questions before and during our trip and we are grateful for her guidance. Two metro stops right outside, also a taxi station, big lovely parks, a wide pedestrian street with many shops and places to get all kind of meals, walking distance to many landmarks, in short perfect location! We always felt safe walking in the area even late at night. Would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best city apartments we've stayed in! Spacious, designed in a pleasant and warm way, with a lot of thought on every detail! Stoiana is a wonderful host, who helps with everything needed. The apartment is in a great central location, two minutes walk from Vitosha street, lots of cute cafes and restaurants in the area. Excellent value for the price!!

it’s perfectly well equipped, lovely taste in decoration and great location. the sofa bed was very comfortable and having two toilets was perfect!

it’s a pity that the bathroom doesn’t have a curtain or glass because everything ends up wet after the showers and you need to dry it. Other than that, everything was great!

The apartment is in a fantastic location just 2 blocks away from the main boulevard and restaurants, and close to all other attractions and main parks. Though it is so close, the apartment was very quiet and cosy which made it perfect for our family. The apartment was super clean and had all the necessary amenities including loadsss of towels/blankets, etc. Rooms are quite spacious and it included 1 and a half bath which was a bonus for us. The host was super helpful both before and also during the trip.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is not served with lift.

The location is great and one can easily check-in and check-out using a security box to collect and drop off the keys, Great and quick communication with the host.

There is some street noise with open windows and at times the temperature of the hot water in the shower is fluctuating a lot based on the consumption of hot/cold water in the building.

This is an excellent place to stay in Sofia. Clean comfortable well equipped. The apartment has been furnished with impeccable taste and equipped with incredible attention to detail. It is a short walk to the city centre and close to Palace of Culture metro station. The road itself is leafy and quiet with a delightful view of St Nicholas cathedral from the lounge and bedroom. Being on the 3rd floor there is v little street noise. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.

Perfect location, Stoiana is very helpful and amazing good host. Helped me with car park. Flat is in perfect location just 10 min walk from town centre. I was impressed about the apartment, as it had everything what you would need for few days stay. All cooking utensils, spices, oils, everything what you would need in the bathroom. Flat was perfect clean and very welcoming. Really felt like at home :)

Everything. Very beautiful, large and cozy apartment well located and exposed (small balcony on the east side and beautiful view of the church on the west). Lots of small amenities provided to make the stay even more comfortable. The internet was good enough for working / meeting. Highly recommended!

Huge apartment, really clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped, comfy bed and couch, nice light and view. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Sofia.

Only (minor) thing we didn't like was that it was a bit complicated to park. For parking there is a small lot, quite close to the apartment (2 min walk), with a 15 BGN charge per day. You need a remote to get it in the parking lot, which was in the apartment. When we arrived, late in the evening, there was absolutely no place to park temporarily to get it the remote, hence the complicated part.
