Great little studio apartment in a private house, superb quiet neighborhood. Clean, pleasantly appointed, has an attached gym and pool. Perfect for a quiet meditative retreat, which is what I was doing. Only issue is it’s not very private - the patio is shared with the main property, and you have to walk around the side of the house past the living area to get to the rental. Not a huge deal for me as the owners were mostly gone, but this is best for solo travelers, not a romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and large. The entire space was very clean and very quiet. It was an easy walk to grocery stores and several restaurants. It’s a great safe area.

This is a fantastic place to stay and I cannot recommend it highly enough!
Great comms with the host who was super helpful and friendly.
I loved the fact I could get my weekly Peloton sessions in using the bike in the little gym which was great.
The room has everything you need for the perfect stay and the bed is super comfortable!
A really great area and quiet despite the close proximity to the school which presented no issues whatsoever.
I will definitely stay the next time I’m in LA and recommend it highly 😎

I did have some communication issues with Vrbo (you kept saying you would email me a code to log in and the code never came), but Aviva reached out to me directly to save the day. Her place is awesome and in a great area!!

This place is exactly as it is listed, beautiful, private and in the heart of Santa Monica. The beautiful private patio also makes this property fabulous. We loved walking through the neighborhood to visit our daughter and to go to shops, etc. on Montana Ave. Aviva is a reliable, attentive host. We will definitely consider staying here again as long as our daughter still lives nearby.

Aviva was an excellent host. The property is in a great location to explore Santa Monica and Westwood. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had no difficulties finding street parking. We would definitely stay there again!

We had to work during two of the days we stayed and appreciated the fast and reliable internet, as well as the dedicated workspace. This place has everything we needed and was in a great location. It was nice and quiet with plenty of street parking. We arrived late and appreciated the filtered water and snacks that were left for us. We would love to stay again the next time we are in the area.

Aviva has a lovely, cozy place in beautiful Santa Monica. The rental is spacious, relaxing, and in a walkable residential area. It was so nice to come back “home” after a very busy day. The beach is a bit of a walk or a quick drive if you have a car/Uber. Montana street is several blocks away - highly walkable with beautiful shops and restaurants. We will stay here again on our next visit. Thank you, Aviva!

We had a wonderful stay here in Santa Monica as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from UCLA! Just minutes away from campus by car and within walking distance from many wonderful shops and restaurants in Santa Monica. Aviva was wonderful - all our needs met and more. Thank you!

Nice clean and cosy place in lovely quiet neighborhood. Nice with a fridge and fresh filteret water and som snacks/fruit in room. Allowed to use nice little backyard with pool. We were very happy with our stay - and would gladly come back😁

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights and had a lovely time. The neighborhood was wonderful and we always felt like we were coming home after a day of sightseeing. The space was nicely set up and we liked the large vanity area that is separate from the shower area. Large walk in closet and dressing area made it easy to unpack our clothes and have them accessible. Coffee, milk/creamer, sugars, fruit and filtered water is provided and was a very nice touch.
By far our favorite restaurant was Margo's, great breakfast and THE BEST gluten free and vegan pizza we have ever had!!
We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Perfect for a couple. Was clean and the host very responsive. There can be some noise from main house above the unit. If you want to visit the Santa Monica area. This is a perfect place to stay and the neighborhood is very nice. Close to the pier and beaches. Would stay at again in the future.

This was our second time spent at Aviva’s rental suite, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Large, quite, comfortable suite ideally located within walking distance to downtown Santa Monica and the beach. A great starting point for visiting other areas of greater LA, or just walking around the serene neighborhood. Aviva does a great job of welcoming you and checking in our how things are going. Definitely our go to rental when we visit our son in Santa Monica!

What a wonderful spot in Santa Monica. For us, it was perfect since we were visiting my cousin who lives just a few blocks away. The space is comfortable and clean, and Aviva was on-top of our every question and need. Parking is available on the street. We were unable to use the pool and patio because of the weather, but it's clear that this would have made it an even more enjoyable stay.

This was just the perfect place for me to stay- a king bed large studio- very private, quiet and safe for me to stay. I wanted to be near family & this was only a half mile away & easy to walk to. Clean with large bath & lots of storage. My host was helpful and very friendly. Recommended highly!

This property was such a special place to stay! From the moment I requested the reservation Aviva was very responsive. Her space was impeccably clean, comfortable, and located in a great part of Santa Monica. I stayed for a week and felt right at home while simultaneously feeling like I was also at a boutique hotel. Her backyard patio is serene with a pool and patio furniture that guests can use. Parking was easy and you are close to Montana Ave and the beach so if you need to walk, you can! I can’t recommend her property enough and would love to stay again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for one week to explore Santa Monica and all the sites in the Los Angeles area. All questions I had prior and during our stay were promptly answered by Aviva. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had lots of room to unpack and place our clothes. Bathroom is actually 2 rooms and and very spacious with a skylight and windows letting in the greenery of the garden. We felt at home returning there after a long day out. Neighborhood was lovely to explore and there was always ample parking on the street. We we able to stroll along Montana and arrived at the Ocean in about a 45 minute walk. All in all an enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for a few days to explore Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Aviva was very gracious during book-in, check-in, during the stay and very responsive with all communications. We had an unfortunate medical emergency and my husband required an ambulance, and Aviva was extremely understanding and helpful throughout the ordeal. The room was spacious, comfortable, private, and relaxing to come back to after long days on the beach and in the city. Walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to the Santa Monica pier or Venice Beach. The next time we’re in LA will be to move there so we likely won’t be back as guests, but would definitely recommend this suite to any visitors!

The property is spotless beautifully furnished and located in a very charming Santa Monica neighborhood. Quick transit or Uber to Santa Monica Pier. Property was very clean, inviting and in a quiet neighbourhood. Our suite had a blowdryer which is a huge plus when travelling with a carry on! Would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the area

My sun and I had a wonderful time at Aviva's home for almost three weeks. It really made a difference to stay there. Pretty, quiet, confortable and a green wall as a view. The location is great. It's close to Montana Avenue wich I enjoyed a lot . Fine restaurants, cafés, interesting stores and services all around. It was just perfect for us. Thank you, Aviva!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aviva's property. The property is located in a safe, beautiful, and quiet residential area in Santa Monica. Aviva was a wonderful host who provided us with lots of thoughtful amenities such as bottles of filtered water in the fridge, coffee and milk, and granola bars and fruit. The private unit is just off of the back patio, which feels like a little backyard oasis with the outdoor kitchen, pool, and gym (all available for use by guests). Bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean on arrival. Lots of towels were provided as well as shower/bath products and a hair dryer. The unit has a large walk-in closet and lots of drawers for storage if you choose to unpack. The wifi connection also worked great. The location was perfect and conveniently close to grocery stores such as Trader Joes and Whole Foods. It was only a 40 minute walk to the Santa Monica beach (it goes by quickly!). Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

It was a clean, neat, quiet place. There were plenty of thoughtful amenities, making it feel like home. The patio and rooms were esthetically pleasing. Although we didn't use them, there were a pool and workout room that looked nice. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the Santa Monica beach and many other sights, restaurants, etc.
