Absolutely nothing I like about this hotel

This was the worst and filthiest hotel ever, this is for low class people who have never experienced class. The reason I booked this hotel it is because it was close to the US embassy. The room smelled really awful, the bathroom was so filthy I refuse to use it, furthermore I cancelled my second booking for October. Please don't waste your money on this dump

LET ME RATE YOU THIS IS A FRAUD HOTEL THEY CHARGED ME EXCESS THE WHAT IS BEEN SAID IN THE APP. TV WERE NOT WORLING AND WHEN WE ASKED THEY NOT GIVEN GOOD RESPONSE AND THEY HAVENT TRIED TO HELP US ON THAT , THE PIC SHOWN IN THE IMAGE AND THE ROOM ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT I ASKED FOR DOUBLE COT BUT THEY HAVE GIVEN ME SINGLE BED WHICH IM NOT COMFORTABLE SINCE I TRAVELLED WITH MY COLLEGE . THEY HAVENT GAVE US THE BREAKFAST AS IT IS COMPLIMENT THEY DENIED IT AND WHEN Asked the answer was so rude and unprofessional .

Room Size and Bathroom Size Staff behaviour

Staff were nice, helpful if you have tip for every time. My room has no window at all, it was a bit of dump smell. But it has room ventilator and A/c. The bed was comfortable. I stucked in the room for 2 days because of the rain and the fact my luggage didn't arrive. Thanks God there is room service with pretty wide menu. I loved tomato soup 😋 They have washing service for your clothes for 50 rupees per item.

Musty smell of room, no windows. They washed my clothes but it smelled the same.

Staff attitude

It’s close to LTT railway station.

When I checked in .. someone had just smoked in the bathroom. Room was clean but the bedding wasn’t so wasn’t very comfortable sleeping and using the blanket.

The room was dirty and old, no Wi-fi in the rooms, and that was the first question when I entered whether there is a wifi. The room was so small that was not possible even to open the luggage and because of that if you take a shower all the humidity was entering to yoir luggages and clothes. There were water comming on the bed from another floor. In order to connect to the wifi you had to go to reception. Someone came and told I can not sit in the reception lol I need to go to my room 😆. In the end they charged me more than what was the initial stay on booking. Created a huge fight only because i was being late from my flight and they KNEW I would pay more, I asked them to wake me up in the morning as there were no place to charge my phone in the room. Of course they didnt. They didnt even want ro bring a breakfast after several times of calling only they did... and brough a very spicy and disgusting bread which was not possible to eat. Also told thats the only option they had lol

I didn't like anything at all!

It is absolutely filthy! The furniture is degraded, the bed sheets smelled like they've never been washed, the "bathroom" is dirty, full of rust, pipes are cracked and used water sprinkles on the floor. The shower is literally coming out of the ceiling and the water flows on the floor between the toilet and sink. Mold and rust everywhere. There was no toilet paper. The "bell boy" carried my access card and two tiny bars of soap and waited for tip after such great effort. I stayed just for one night and I wished I'd had the choice to book another hotel, but I arrived late and I found no alternative. The room had no window and the "bathroom" no fan. The pictures on booking.com are fake. Booking.com should just ban such hotels. I'll post a few real pictures below. Too bad I cannot post the smell.

The hotel was safe for my stay alone, which initially I was concerned about.

I was not offered complimentary breakfast, even though it was a part of my package. I was not informed about the timing of breakfast. Secondly, I was supposed to get an additional discount of 10% the bill sent to my whatsapp was of approx 1523 but I wasn't informed of the offer properly at the reception and I had to pay some 1770 rupees, with which I was disappointed.

Once you enter hotel you feel your in very communist area, without showing marriage proof no room will be allocated no matter if you paid full amount. Breakfast is pathetic, room hygiene is very poor. Tv is with note watch only good content. Pathetic
