Wohnzimmer verfügt über volle Königin Schlafsofa Liebessitz 50-Zoll-HD-TV mit Kabel. In diesem Gerät befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Ocean II befindet sich in der Innenstadt von OC und bietet einfachen Zugang zum nördlichen und südlichen Ende von OC. Oc hat so viel zu bieten, von einem der wahrscheinlich größten und schönsten Strände an der Ostküste bis hin zu Restaurants, Golfplätzen, Vergnügungsparks, der legendären Strandpromenade und natürlich der Jamaica USA Secrets Bar, dem Restaurant und dem Nite Club. Stayed at this condo over Christmas Holiday 2023. Had a slight issue with the condo unit door lock when we arrived, but the issue was resolved with a quick response from Fred over the phone.
The overall condo was clean, bathrooms very clean and spacious, beds very comfortable, closets in bedrooms uncluttered and spacious with plenty hangers, extra pillows. Every lamp,overhead light and ceiling fan was in working order. All appliances in kitchen were sufficiently clean and in good working order. All that being said, we had a great week here, and Kat and Fred were quick to respond to questions and/or concerns.

We could not stay because it did not feel safe. Let’s start with the parking area. The parking spots are assigned to units, but there is no rhyme or reason to the order. Unit 1 was next to 78 which was next to 41 and so on. There is a pretend lock on the main entrance to the building, which does not lock. The hallways in the building are narrow and not well lit. The unit itself has an odd layout. Yes it is ocean facing. The only window that had a covering is a window in the second bedroom. This window is painted black as it is in the dimly lit hallway. As for recently updated, maybe in 2005! The furniture is in poor condition and the beds looked lumpy. All in all, this was a big waste of money as we did not stay and the owner is either unable or unwilling to understand that guest safety should be a concern. IF you stay here, do so in the height of the season when there is plenty of daylight.

The view was fantastic. The bathrooms were very nice and the mattresses were good. The kitchen trashcan lid was broken. The two queen beds were impossible to make properly, as they were right up against the walls, requiring one of us to crawl across the bed to get to the far corner. The same bedroom had no night stands or lamps. Items like glasses, reading books and glass of water could only be placed on the top of a high chest of drawers, requiring you to get out of bed to put up your book and glasses and then walk over to turn off the light, returning to bed in the dark. The king bed had damage to the front. The bedspreads on all the beds had bleach stains. There was no blanket in the master bedroom. The frying pans were very dirty and had to be washed before they could be used. There were only 2 glass drinking gasses (the others were cheap plastic), only 3 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses (one with a stem and one without).Tables in the living room were very worn and not nice looking.
We did enjoy seeing and hearing the ocean and watching the sun rise.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Lovely location ocean front with a wonderful balcony! The beds are super comfy and so are the couch and recliners! The property owners are so kind and helpful! I have rented from them in the past and they have always taken great care of me! Thank you Kat & Fred for your hospitality and kindness!

My sister and I took my mother to OCMD and stayed at this condo for a nice fall weekend. It was a nicely renovated condo right on the beach. My mom has mobility issues, and the condo was perfect as it had an elevator and enough room for her to move around. The master bedroom is awesome as it looks right over the beach and ocean.
If you are considering staying at this condo, be sure to bring your own towels, sheets, and hair dryer (as noted in the agreement). We had no problem doing this as we like to use our own towels and sheets.
I would stay at this condo again.

We had a nice trip. Great beach and weather. It was lovely watching the sunrise every morning. Comfortable bed and loved the large shower. For the 3 of us, there is plenty of room. My only complaint is that it wasn’t spotless—candy on the walls, wrappers behind the bed. The bathrooms were clean. Also, bring your beach chairs. The ones in the photo are not there, just some old cheap ones. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. The pool was great. Thanks

It was very good, roomy and clean.Nice Ocean view . Only few minor things like tv remotes are broken and no remote for fan in the bedroom. Some pillows smell stinky.

The unit was renovated and pleasant with a great balcony overlooking the beach. The common areas could use some updating and the elevator did not always work. Owner was responsive to questions. While it was completely my fault for not reading the listing closely, linens and towels are not included. We had to drive 30 minutes to a Walmart to purchase. Overall a nice place. The owners price was reasonable but the fees from VRBO were outrageous.

This is a very modern great condo. Right on beach. Beautiful views. Great location. Large bedrooms and bathrooms with double sinks. Condo has electric shades which were a god send. Owner was quick to respond to the only issue we had (door code did not work 1st time). Would definately stay here again!!!!

This is our second stay here. The only issue we had this time was the ac not working in all of the rooms. The owner was quick to respond and send hvac people out the following day. However it still stayed pretty warm throughout the house despite keeping the storm covers down and keeping doors open. The parking spot is also terrible. Don’t have a large vehicle or you’ll be parking on the street. Other than that this place is incredibly comfortable with everything you need including beach accessories. The beds are comfortable. It’s also walking distance to many restaurants etc. We may stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for our annual OC family vacation. Perfect location and right on the beach. Plenty of room in the unit; as most beach properties feel cramped. The cleaning company could be more thorough, but Fred was very quick to respond and correct the issues. Would definitely stay again.

The property was just as they said it would be. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The view was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were more than accommodating. The only issue I had was the floor had not been cleaned. I have small children so a clean floor means alot to us. All in all I look forward to booking again next year!

The place was good. The only thing i didn't like was the couch mattress wasn't clean, may need to be replaced. The location was great, close to everything. Nice view of the beach and ocean.

The condo is well kept. Pros, beautiful scenery, quiet, rooms are a nice size. Cons, we found a hat stuck under a chair & mascara on another chair & there was sand under the coffee table, & not a dust pan to pick up the trash, the dishwasher was not working properly. I really liked the condo & will return. I do have a suggestion, I think that black out curtains for the master bedroom would be a good idea in case you want to sleep in. :>)

The property was as the pictures showed. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. If I could make a suggestion, put some non skid straps in the bath tub as it is very slippery and could be a liability. Otherwise, perfect vacation property that I would recommend..

The view was amazing, directly to the beach front. We loved that we could hear the sound of the ocean waves all day. The property was exactly as pictured. Kat was very quick to respond.
The only reason I rated 4 star for the cleanliness was because we felt like the water proof bed sheet in the king bed room had a lot of colored stain, the pillow cases in the two-queen bed room had red stain that looked like blood (not real sure though) and the blankets had some old (not fresh) odor. We had to bring our own linens so it wasn't a very big deal. But it would definitely feel nicer if we didn't have to experience that.

Check-in and out was super easy. Communications were helpful and informative. Place is exactly as pictured and described. The view is AMAZING! Location is perfect with lots of restaurants and entertainment. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future!!!!

As soon as we walked in the kids were chattering away and then they saw the ocean and were in awe. The view is amazing, access to beach is very close and the condo was a perfect fit for us!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The size and layout of the condo was perfect. The view of ocean is incredible to look at all day! We stayed here off season for an event, but I'd love to come back during the summer. There is access to the beach directly next to the building with a short walk to the water. The best part of the stay was being able to watch the dolphins play our last day there.
