Good location, easy to get around, don't use cable locks on your bike, they don't thieves

Was there for several months, no complaints whatsoever. Fantastic neighborhood, we walked to most destinations daily. Management was responsive to our needs, like when the microwave was broken they replaced it within a day or two. Bedding, kitchen, bath all clean and functional. Recommend it highly.

We stayed here for 5 weeks. The owner is very kind and helpful. Someone was there to meet us when we arrived. The location is great- many good restaurants within walking distance and a convenience store 2 doors down. The kitchen is well stocked. There are extra linens and towels, and the washer/dryer was typically available when we needed it. I would gladly stay here again.

Nice Spot
Kevin met us at check in & went over Boston with us. Great restaurants near by & its central to cover all tourist spots in all directions. Also the pull out couch was actually very comfortable which is hard to find sometimes.

We wife, son and I had a great few days staying here, using it as a base to explore. Boston. Great location to get into center. We walked most places. Also went running along the river which isnt too far.

Great place to stay and really liked the location. Very walkable to restaurants and even Boston Commons. While apartment was not large, it was as expected per the write up and pictures and we were comfortable as a family of four. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and getting to experience “living in” Boston for a few days.

Charming Brownstone
Our family had a wonderful stay at Glenn’s charming brownstone place. It is in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance of MBTA subway and bus. Glenn’s property manager, Kevin, greeted us outside the building and gave us an overview of the surround area and recommendations. Glenn and Kevin are very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Overall, it is a great place to regroup and relax after an exhausting day of work, school, and sightseeing in Boston.

Our family of four comfortably used this quaint apartment as base camp for our Boston stay. It was clean and well equipped for our needs. The location was great and we were able to easily walk or Uber everywhere we wanted. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance as well as markets. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no concerns walking back from a Red Sox game in the evening. Should our adventures bring us back to Boston we would gladly stay in this property again.

Quaint but Close
We stayed at Glenn’s place while in town for a concert. We were pleased with how close we were to everything. There were four of us and one with bad knees. So the third floor was a hike and one bathroom in common space. But that is the vibe in these old brownstones. So we knew what we were getting into . We would stay again.

Wonderful!
The apartment is located in a safe, friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment itself was clean, with a good shower, and a lovely view. Kevin helped us up the stairs with our unwieldy luggage, which was very much appreciated. I would stay here again!

Perfect get away apt in good location
Comfortable little apt with good amenities and a perfect location to walk to lots of areas of Boston. Kevin was really accommodating on our arrival timing and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs (yes there are a couple flights of them). All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, simple room.
Convenient and close to Back Bay train station (about 6 block walk). Small, one bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Pull out couch was a bit tired, but bed in the bedroom was fine. View on to Tremont Street. All in all a good room, if a bit pricey. But this is Boston... 😉

Loved the location, apartment was spotless. I was greeted right at the exact time we agreed upon and not only was I given a tour of the thorough tour of the flat but also given great information on the neighborhood and close by restaurants. I believe this will definitely be my go to place to stay while visiting Boston.

The apartment is located within perfect walking distance of so many restaurants and attractions, and the apartment has all of the comforts of home. Would definitely stay again

Exactly as advertised
The apartment is exactly as advertised. In keeping with the neighborhood, the building is older, but the accommodations are comfortable for several people. Almost exactly equidistant from Fenway and Boston Common, the location is perfect is you plan to stay on foot around Boston. If we return to Boston, we would be happy to stay in this building again.

Perfect for family
Came out to Boston for some history and to watch the Sox sweep the Yankees. Walked the Freedom Trail, hung at Boston Common, and did the Duck Tour. Hung with Minutemen on the Green Monster and learned of the Jordan's Furniture no hitter deal. Sox pitched a one hitter that night and their manager was ejected.
This third floor apartment was perfect for our jumping off point. Kids slept on pullout bed. We had bedroom to ourselves. Everything was clean and well stocked. We returned the rental car right after checking in and had a blast walking, pedicabbing, and cabbing around town. There are a lot of shopping option close by for food, coffee, markets, etc..
I would stay here again and recommend it.

Nice stay in South End
We've spent six days in this nice flat in South End, just perfect for a couple with child (or children). The apartment provided everything we needed, and the person in charge of the house was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A TERRIFIC LOCATION AND A GREAT APARTMENT - 670 Tremont St. #7
I absolutely LOVED the apartment.
It was so easy to work with the management personnel and they were very kind and considerate of my needs.
It was much bigger than anticipated and it was very clean. The kitchen was full stocked with cooking items. I would most definitely rent this place again.

Lovely location and great service
We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The apartment was easy to find and we were greeted and let in. It was a perfect fit for my husband, 2 daughters and me. We've often stayed in hotels but having the larger space and full kitchen was great for a 2 night stay. The owner was great to work with. The TV had been glitchy, and after a quick text, someone came and fixed the issue. We used the SPOThero app to find a parking garage about 1/2 mile down on Tremont and Warren for relatively cheap and a quick walk. The only downside was that the T stop seemed a bit farther than we wanted to walk---but the weather and having the 2 kids in tow were factors. We did walk back from Quincy market one evening. And we Uber the other times. I give this 5 stars for the excellent service, the clean and lovely apartment, and the ease of working with the owners.

Nice and convenient and fair value for money.
Owner is really helpful, Location is good, walking distance to T lines, good restaurants and everything you need. Apartment complex on the whole is a bit run down and needs maintenance. However, the apartment itself is clean and neat. The bed is comfortable but the pull-out couch is not great. TV is poor - needs something better and easier to use. Bathroom is functional but could do with a renovation and a new paint job. There are no views other than out over Tremont Street. Reasonable value for money. Parking is a real problem - closest spots are near Back Bay Station and cost is $38 per day.
