Location is everything! Nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful architecture. Half an hour of beautiful walk to Boston Commons. Subway is 3min walk. The property was clean. Nice little studio. Great for a couple. Beautiful view of the city. Public library (which is a must visit) is right around the corner.

Might use some renovations but good value for money.

The bathroom. Water leaked out the window of the bathroom area and accumulated on the ground.

there was any cleaning in all time of our stay. I forgot in the drawer things ( many hair and dentist products) and tried to recover in the days after and never recovered my things! there was a leak in the ceiling and we can hear a lot the noise in the corridors. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is not easy to transport suitcases.it’s impossible to park a car in the area.

It was clean, location was good close to the T & other transport. Staff were helpful anytime I needed to contact them. Check in & out was easy

It's a little rough around the edges. The kitchen light was rubbish, the cupboard was a bit damp smelling, and there was some heavy wear & tear on our carpet. They also really really need black out blinds or curtains it's really light in the morning, if you're sensitive to light you'll need an eye mask. Also the fridge was really loud

old and worn furnishings. human hair and tape on the blanket, gnats flying in the bathroom, browning tiles in the bathroom, no heat (use of space heaters that barely put out an significant heat…Need I say more.

location. excellent area, walking distance to Fenway, Copley park, prudential centre, and about a 45 min walk to Boston common

was supposed to be a suite with hot plate, didn’t have one. all doors are by key code and the guy just told me to go and steal the hot plate from another room. also, if travelling with luggage/stroller or children, lots of stairs

Comfy Bed, Good size fridge, Nice view of the City, 2 blocks from parking garage, 1 mile from Fenway, good restaurants nearby. Great service over the phone.

Check out time was 11 a.m. Would have been nice if it was at least 12p.m.
