box with code makes check-in and check-out super convenient, the apartment is super nicely located, close to the marina, restaurants, shops, and short-walking distance to the train station. beds were comfortable, shower was nice and kitchen functional - would recommend to anyone!

+Apartment is beautiful and spacious. +The supermarket is right in front of the apartment. +/-The train station is about 20 minutes walk from the apartment. +There is air conditioner (but only in the bedroom) +The owner is always online and it was easy to talk to him through phone, he quickly answered our questions. +The owner allowed us to do the check in a bit earlier

- there was a little soap left in the bathroom and there were no shampoo or bodywash (usually they are provided) - there was no sugar, salt, coffee/tea (nothing!) in the apartment. It was hard to cook because we couldn’t buy big batches of sat or sugar. I think when you rent an apartment, it should have at least some basic stuff as salt or sugar. -it was self-check in and the owner didn’t explain much about the apartment (for example how the air conditioner works, or how to turn on the TV - because the cable was not connected, we had to figure it our by ourself; or where is located stuff for cleaning - we had to look for it in every shelf)

The location is right in the historical center near all the shops and restaurants.

We were 4 persons and the owner left us only 5 small samples of shampoo (for 5 days!). No coffe machine. The elevator is small with doors that hits you every time you use it. Although we paid the local tax it was very difficult to find a parking place near the appartment and all of them costs 1,5 euros per hour.

A lovely and spacious apartment, very modern and clean in the heart of La Spezia. We had a great time with the girls! Staff was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend
