The apartment is beautiful and has every possible thing you could need. The hosts attention to detail is fantastic. They left us lovely pastries outside our door for breakfast. They even picked us up from our car rental drop off and drove us to the apartment. We loved being right on the main street. Everything was perfect, and it makes a great base for exploring Cinque Terre. We highly recommend staying here.

I can't even choose what i liked since everything was so great! The kitchen is perfectly prepared to make food at home; it's in the city center so a lot of places are in walking distance; the bedrooms are really nice and comfortable; and the owners are VERY nice and caring! My only regret is that we stayed only for 2 nights 😄

Very minor thing: the air in the bedrooms can get a bit stuffy.

The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and cozy. It is ideally located, on the pedestrian street in La Spezia, about halfway between the train station and the port. It is easy to access, and the hosts are very welcoming. I warmly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling in the area.

We were given such a warm welcome, the house was lovely and spacious.The location was perfect close to the port to catch the boat to Cinque Terre or the train station. The location is perfect, right in the centre of La Spezia, restaurants, cafés, train station all very close at walking distance. The house is spacious, comfortable, very nicely decorated, just a pleasure to come back at the end of the day! Cristina and Roberto are super hosts! Friendly, they know how to look after their guests. Highly recommended!!!

We booked this apartment while on a family trip through Italy. It was important to us not to book hotels, but privately owned apartments as we wanted to meet local people and make new friendships. we could not have chosen better than to stay at La Pietra Del Golfo. The hosts, Cristina and Roberto are amazing people, who not only welcomed us warmly into their home, but also gave us a first-hand taste of the kindness and hospitality so typical of Italian culture. From the first moments of our stay when they welcomed us, showed us the parking spot for our car and every detail of the apartment, to the final breakfast we enjoyed with them right before we continued our journey, we were overjoyed and felt completely at home. We can whole-heartedly recommend this place for anyone traveling in the area. The apartment is very modern, clean, and designed with lots of love and attention to every detail and we found ourselves marveling at the thoughtful and very beautiful style choices in its every nook. Moreover, as guests there really isn’t anything we wished to have in addition to what was already offered. A spacious, well equipped kitchen, multiple options for dining tables, beautifully crafted bed and bathrooms or air conditioning are just a few examples of what the apartment has to offer. Last but not least, Cristina and Roberto will answer any questions you might have and will give you lots of recommendations on the town of La Spezia, where to dine, and what to explore while in the area. so clean and spacious

The apartment is stunning (the photos don’t do it justice). It’s beautifully decorated, large and clean, with (quiet) air-conditioning, hot showers, and blackout blinds in the bedrooms. It is also very quiet, being on the 4th floor (don’t worry, it also has a lift) and the terrace is a fantastic place to have a drink in the evening. Cristina and Roberto were really friendly, excellent hosts, going out of their way to accommodate us, and nothing was too much trouble. La Spezia is a really pretty town and ideal for visiting Cinque Terre. I wish we had stayed longer!

The apartment is located in the center of La Spezia with many shops and excellent restaurants around. It is perfectly located about 10 walking minutes from the harbor and 10 minutes from the central train station. A daily farmers market is just a block away with great speciality foods. The apartment is a two-story apartment with a very spacious living area and kitchen downstairs and two full baths and bedrooms upstairs. The roof top terrace is awesome! It is newly renovated with, beautifully showing the original building stone walls. Truly a fantastic home away from home. The host family was most caring and helpful in so many ways. Thank you! We feel very special we could stay in your wonderful apartment!

Not really anything I can think of. I guess daily access to the car, if you need it might be tricky, as the apartment is located in a pedestrian zone. But the host offered us a parking box for a low fee, which we used instead of street parking. We ended up not moving the car for the whole stay.

Our family of four just spent 2 nights at the property, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hosts Roberto and Cristina have a beautiful house, with two spacious floors, first floor has living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen and laundry room; second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a roof top terrace. They keep the house impeccably clean; sheets and towels are high quality; kitchen is well stocked with pans/pots/plates/cups/utensils. Location is less than 10 min walk from La Spezia train station; less than 10 m walk from boat terminal. Roberto and Cristina are also very friendly and helpful with many suggestions, maps, restaurant recommendations etc. We would love to stay there again!

Christina, the owner, was fantastic and so kind and helpful. She and her daughter meet us at the train station. Our family felt so welcomed by her, and her beautiful children. All of their suggestions regarding restaurants and activities were terrific. Roberto responded quickly to all my emails and gave us a map for rest of our journey. We will definitely come back to their beautiful home!!
