Great location, near all bus stops and train station.. Gianni had a wealth of knowledge to make your stay very special.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything, especially the kindness of the owner and the use of 2 bikes. If I was going to be picky I would say we would have preferred a couple more pillows and a couple of washing machine tablets. Neither altered the fact that the apartment was fabulous with amazing views. Yes there was a little noise from the local park but nothing continued too late at night nor kept us awake.

The owner was very kind, he allowed us to do the check-in earlier than scheduled.

The flat is a bit noisy (we didn't sleep very well); the railway is not far away from the apartment and there are trains passing in both directions even during the night. In addition, there is a park just behind the apartment and people are staying in the park until the midnight (playing, eating, etc.).

The flat is big and seems to have been recently refurbished. It's just 10 minutes walking from the train station. There is a supermarket close from the flat. The host is very friendly and kind. A big balcony (you can enjoy the sun in the mornings and it's a fresh place to enjoy the evenings) Bus stop to Lerici is close from the flat. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower has a really good water pressure. Hot water is always available in the flat. The windows are very good isolating the flat from the trains noise. (In addition, I got used to the noise after few days. So I could sleep with the windows opened as the noise didn't bother me at all anymore). The flat has air conditioning and some fans (so the heat is not at problem).

Nothing to mention.

Excellent location, 7 mins away from train station, less than a minute away from supermarket, petrol station. Close to restaurants too. Around 15/20 mins walk from many shops, restaurants and La Spezia waterfront. Comfortable rooms, and decently sized bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Bonus: a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of greenery. Perfect for having breakfast or dinner on a summer night!

Only poor amenity is the lack of air conditioning. There are fans but the heat can be overwhelming at times.

Near the train station, great host, and very clean.

The Appartments is very nice comfortable and welcoming. It is close to the train station. A very good place to be when you visit 5 tera.

Very Modern apartment, new, clean and comfortable .. the owner of the house is a very Kind man and very caring and helpful..
