Staff especially at reception very good. Was able to change my booking I made on booking.com and response times was impressive.
The gym could do with updating. Kit is dated. Also bathroom in bedroom also a bit dated.

We picked it for location, being easy to access A1 north and south. It is also close to the beautiful, natural area of the Green Way which is unusual for a city or road trip break. It was a very relaxing hotel with a lovely room and facilities.
Found the restaurant a bit underwhelming and expensive for the quality of food 😢

Bed was comfortable, staff were professional.
Bathroom needs updating, visible stains on white walls, musty smell to room, bedroom and bathroom could do with a deep clean.
