The hotel is right on the beach, and easily accessed via bus links from CBD or the airport. It's just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Coogee, and can easily join the Coogee-Bondi or Coogee-Maroubra walks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and kept up good communication before and during my stay.
Room was a decent size, shower was good and the air conditioning worked fine.
The room, especially the bathroom, could've been a big t cleaner, but I was only there one night so not a huge issue.
When I stayed, you could only access via the steps at the front. There is not completely level access to the property. Not an issue for me, but for those who need it this hotel is not unfortunately not suitable.

Awesome location, friendly staff - Irfan was so lovely and accommodating with a late checkout. Older style building with personality and quirkiness
Cleaning could have been a bit more meticulous.

Beautiful old boutique hotel.
Clean and manager and staff very friendly. We had the ocean view room and loved sitting out on the veranda in the evening for pre dinner drinks. Veranda tiny and needs some work on the floor. Right next door to Coogee Bay Hotel. Beautiful walks to do along there beach both ways.
