Loved the location and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room. It was huge. We wish we could afford to stay longer hahaha
We also loved that you could section off the bedroom to have a black-out sleep. And that you could scan the QR code and order things to the room that way, that was a fun experience. We wished there were more options of things to order.
When we arrived there were a bunch of young boys that had clearly snuck in and somehow got past the key card access and reception into the pool?! They’d clearly been there a while as there was a big mess, towels thrown everywhere even one in the pool. There was an empty water bottle thrown in the pool. The fabric seats were soaked from them. There were pastry crumbs everywhere. It was confusing as it has keycard access and there is a reception desk before that entrance so not sure how they got in. It wasn’t a great start to our stay and no one seemed in a hurry to clean up. We were there until 9pm and it was all still a mess.

Good location
Outside on the deck was not clean. There were cigarettes butts and matches on the ground. It looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Each day clean was hit and miss some days were better than others- with towels and tea towels. Maintenance needs to be done on the room more. Doors need a good paint as they are marked or chipped. My door to get in and out was not shunting well. Came back one day and the door was not shunted properly- anyone could have come into my room. Had to get them to look at it - got fixed
