Room felt lovely and fresh. I found the bed to be comfortable and clean. What a great base to stay in Bondi.

Two of Bondi's much-vaunted restaurants, Bills and Da Orazio pizza + porchetta right next door, plus plenty of others a short stroll away. Clean rooms, modern facilities, good parking, pleasant staff, superb complimentary heated pool and gym. Ladies: a magnifying makeup mirror with good lighting.

The hotel is well-located for access to the beach and shops. There is an excellent independent supermarket directly underneath which had an excellent of food and goodies. The room, although without any view, was modern, stylish and well-laid out. The kitchen was excellent and the TVs were large and in both the living area and bedroom. Excellent shower and the room was exceptionally clean. The heated pool on-site was a bonus.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect as it is close to Bondi beach and close to a bus stop. Also, it is well located around restaurants and grocery stores. Parking (paid) was great, spacious, and within the same building. Everything was perfect

The location in Bondi was good. The room was a good size and clean.

1/ The veranda was tiny. Could only fit one average chair in the 60 cm width of the veranda. In addition, the chair my husband sat on couldn't hold his weight (90 kg). If he put is bottom to the back of the chair they legs splayed. 2/ the veranda was dusty and unclean. There was an old dirty oven mitt lying in the garden bed next to the balustrade of our veranda and 2 old plastic bags. 3/ We didn't have bath towels for over 7 hours on the Sunday. The used ones were taken away, but they had run out of clean towels. 4/ They didn't have any towels for the pool either so we couldn't use it. We ended up purchasing a beach towel and went to the beach instead. The manager did reimburse us for the one towel. 5/ The room we were put into was very dark and dingy. 6/ Reception staff did not offer any maps for Bondi or brochures of "What's on in Bondi" or any visitors information.

the location was good and the apartment was well laid out. the bathroom was compact but very functional.

They seem to have a problem with towels. one day we were left with no towels and when we returned from the beach we were told they had been let down by a third party and they couldn’t help us. we eventually got some towels 90 minutes later. the balcony was small and dirty. the chairs on the balcony were plastic and well worn. the glass looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for months. there is only 2 of everything in the kitchenette, all other properties we used during our stay had 4 of everything.

We loved the Bondi apartments - well located, really bright and clean and with a huge comfortable bed. The Adina team were welcoming and helpful and the whole place has the Bondi relaxed chic vibe. We will definitely stay again - hopefully for longer next time!

Cant really think of anything - the kitchenette would benefit with a few more utensils.
