good location

The parking garage is terrible, very tight entrance and tight parking places. We didn’t have breakfast there but we were told we can have a coffee in the morning for free. The lady in charge with the breakfast was very rude when she saw that I’ll take my coffee in the room, seems like you should come with the mugs from your room, but nobody informed us prior. I had to promise that I’ll take them back after I’m done. Unpleasant situation.

the room size is smaller than expected. toilet, bath room, kitchen were separated but squeezed into a tiny space.

The hotel is clean. It is a simple hotel with some old equipment+ furnitures but it is definitely value for money. In the kitchen we had some equipment to cook, they were clean too. Complimentary coffee & tea is a very nice touch. The staff is friendly. There is an underground parking. It is walking distance to the center, we didn't even need to pay for the transportation.

the room was comfortable (we had a suite to get extra space) and clean, bed great but the building itself is old and run down - it really shows. Paid underground parking - not clear where to go for reception or how to enter. Breakfast so-so. Staff were great though. For 1 night this would be ok but not longer.

No tea/coffee, milk supplied in the rooms though coffee and herbal tea is available all day downstairs. We were on the road side so early morning you can hear the tram go past every couple of mins (sounds like someone dragging a bag)
