Really enjoyed everything, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfy! We had a really good view too

Good price, facilities were good value

Room seemed a little tired. Worn carpets, windowsill cracked Food was very slow and not worth the amount you paid.

Easy location when travelling to brands hatch circuit

Facilities were dated, the room was grubby, staff who were there were great but not enough of them and they were really over worked. We sat down for dinner at 7pm and our food arrived at 9pm

Nothing really, but busy and not enough bar staff. But the staff that were work were wonderful and working so hard.

Power cut not much in place to replace them. Also discovered this is not uncommon in the hotel so a shame things not put in place.

The bed was a little bit hard to what we are used to otherwise everything was all good

Hotel is lovely. Room nice and Airy. Welcome drink and smarties lovely touch. Food was great in restaurant. All staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent price Would come again.

Only a couple of small negative points which didn't spoil the stay but would have enhanced and made it a 10/10. Check in was slow (on a very hot day) Room not quite as clean as could be (missed some small details) Be aware that is on a very noisy road and on a hot night would have been nice to close the windows but there was no fan in the room.

breakfast was good, room was fine although the sofa bed was not fantastically comfortable. Check in no problem, and the Spa was very nice. plenty of parking.

Only issue was broken glass on the carpet in the corridors in the morning, probably from late night revellers but nevertheless a worry when you have small children with you.

fire alarm went off 3 times on the friday during dinner then Saturday morning then again sunday morning, no explanation an no apology

Dated interior, poor maintenance of property. Bar service very slow and no cold or draught beer available.

The gym and spa facilities were good.

One corridor had water pouring out of the ceiling from an internal leak. Power cut between 7 and 8.30pm which meant no hot food. Power back but then fire alarms going off between 1130pm and 1230am. Capped off by a luke warm shower in the morning even with the heat turned all the way up. Asked about the disruption at reception on check out and was met with a shrug and that it was out of their control. Not sure that the internal leak and fire alarms were related to the power cut which was resolved by 8.30pm. Will not go back.

dirty bathroom , stains on bed lined , hotel looked like they need to refresh it a bit , very expensive restaurant with no much choices , get ready to pay £7.50 for a glass of wine ( house one ) , this was my 4tf time in this hotel , last time I’ve been there in 2020 , since that time I can see nothing change and get worse .
