A very secluded place that calls calm and tranquility. The staff was really (Lisseth, Randall, Greivin, Alexis, Mario and Jhonny, and the pool guy!) nice, very accommodating. They helped us with organizing our tours, organized taxis, checked our flights, etc.) The food was excellent, the service, five stars, and the view from the pool unbeatable.

The rooms are quite opened to the jungle with thin roofs, which is both nice and burdensome during the wet season (lots of noise during the night, bugs, etc.). Some places in our room could have been cleaner (behind furnitures for instance). Pool towels and sunbeds pillows were a bit dirty and could probably be changed.

I was so impressed. WOW! The staff was so lovely, knowledgeable and available. The chef and staff were very accommodating with my diet and I ate so well (and healthy). The grounds and room were gorgeous, clean and relaxing. You could chill or be active - there were loads of things to do whether you book a tour or go for a stroll on your own. I was originally hesitant about the cost, but now that I'm back I am so grateful I stayed here. It was a trip I'll never forget and I got incredible value. I've already starting encouraging my friends and family to go.

The internet connection could've been stronger in the room, but it was actually good to disconnect for a few days so all good!
