Midgardur by Center Hotels

Wunder. Sehr gute und gemütliche Ausstattung. Das Spar war perfekt. Und das Restaurant hervorragend. Sehr hochwertiges und raffiniertes Essen.

Das Bad war etwas kühl. Es gab keine Heizung für de Handtücher

The breakfast was very comprehensive with lots of options. The location was right in the middle of everything so we could walk to our destinations.

The room was serviceable but the sink outside the bathroom didn't provide much space for my toiletries.

Great location in the centre of Reykjavik with good places to eat close by. A 10-minute walk to the sea and close enough to other key city sites. The rooms we had were all a reasonably good size (we'd booked three rooms for the family) and the hotel had placed them all together, which is highly unusual but greatly appreciated! Breakfast was very good, with hot food alongside the usual selection of fruit, breads and cold meat. Parking was available with limited spaces beside the hotel, but more a couple of streets away.

I can't really find any fault!

Iceland is a fantastic and unique place, unfortunately due to us, the Tourists, prices are through the roof. That includes the Midgardur Hotel. For some reason we were unable to get Hot water in our room. Luke warm at best ! And yes I am familiar with how to operate the European Faucets :)
