Absolutely stunning apartments in the city center with perfect facilities and access. It also had a fully equipped kitchen to make dinner and breakfast and amazing bathroom amenities. Despite the location, there were no bothering noises from street during the night. Even though there is no free parking on Reykjavik city center, they advised us on the best places to park nearby and best restaurants in town.

The place was nice, with a small kitchenette and a big, comfortable bed. The location was right in the middle of the city so everything was just steps from our door.

Street parking was not great. Directions to the property weren’t clear, so we had to hike to the main building a few blocks away for keys and clarification. Also, all of the photos in the listing seemed to be for a bigger room than the one we actually got, so it was a bit cramped.

The staff on check in were very helpful and welcoming. Great location and we had a sea/Mountain View. The property was clean and very modern- lovely.

No coat hooks (would have been helpful after a long day walking in wet coats). Only one mirror in the bathroom- would have been good to have one in the room too.

Excellent room, great products. Excellent food provisions and fresh bread every morning. Situated close to the main high street.

The breakfast in a basket is never going to be as good as a buffet breakfast in the hotel

Having a lounge to relax until our room was ready, along with luggage storage was awesome. The room was comfortable, with a kitchenette, mini fridge,microwave, etc. Comfortable bed, easy to move around in the space, wr did not feel cramped.

It could be a little noisy as we overlooked the street, but by 10pm all was quiet

Some random beep in the middle of the night. I don't know if dust infiltrated the smoke alarm, but it did one beep, then that's it.

We stayed at the end of April here for 3 nights, in a 3 bedroom apartment. It is important to know that this "hotel" has more buildings. The apartments are a few minutes walk from the reception. Our apartment was nice and spacious. Concerning the breakfast, there was a basket in the fridge with enough food and fresh bread was delivered to the door every morning around 08:00. Good to know if you put the "don't disturb" sign on the door, the whole breakfast will be delivered next morning. Maybe in high season this is different and you have to walk to the reception building. The hotel has a good location, close to the centre of the city and also close to the public bus station, if you don't have a car.

The key app did not really work; I asked a regular keycard at the reception. If you have a car, you have to pay for public parking; it was around 25 EUR per day. You can pay by app; very simple. The milk and apple juice were not replaced in the fridge.

The location was fantastic! It is a short walk from the harbour in one direction and the Hallgrímskirkja cathedral in the other. We were traveling with a toddler and having a functional kitchen stocked with all the basic dishes for cooking was a very appreciated amenity. The staff was very easy to contact through the booking.com app, and their responses were very prompt.

The Duvets and blankets are very narrow. I am 6 foot 6 inches tall with broad shoulders, and couldn’t cover myself with one duvet. Fortunately the staff was very accommodating and brought me extra covers to layer across myself.

High quality, excellent location and very clean. Hotel offered us a free upgrade (bigger apartment) and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was perfect, it is close to bus station, also to meet up point and everything is near. The stuff is amazing and our room was changed to apartment and it was over the top beautiful. High recommendation.

Close to the centre and a lovely bar just below our apartment. Great facilities & very friendly and accommodating staff.

Difficult to find the apartment, would benefit from more accurate directions/location.
