The staff are very rude, specially the receptionists, they lack the experience and the right attitude. Although the hotel is very expensive, there is no room services, no complementary water, Non of the staff is willing to help with handling your luggages, etc………

Best breakfast we had in Island

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious foods to choose from with a courteous and efficient staff. Room was exceptionally clean with lovely modern decor. Bathrooms are modern clean with a high quality blowdryer and fully stocked with lovely shampoos, conditioners and body lotion. No need to pack these items if your staying here!

If I had to be really picky …..I would add a bar inside the shower to hold on too. Shower floor is a little slippery when you get in.
