The location and free shuttle service to the airport was the big seller. Rooms were adequate, but expected for what we paid. Clean and comfy.

Transfers to and from hotel. Very slow to pick-up, staff said shuttle was on the way, when it wasn’t. Waited 40 minutes, cold and tired, and had to pay a reluctant taxi driver 40 dollars just to drive us to the hotel. The shuttle to the airport goes once an hour and, on both our stays at the hotel, some slots were fully booked. So we had to arrive at the airport a long time (1.5 hours) before we needed to.

Trying to get into the property was a challenge due to road closures. Carpet not cleaned upon entry. Empty tray outside door. Had to call twice to get it removed.

Comfy bed after long flight. A free small bottle of wine & chips was a treat. Older style motel but clean & is close to the airport & they do pickups.

There was a mix up with our pickup point & we had to call them to come & get us, it was after midnight so we were very tired. Check the pickup area before you arrive!

Shuttle service to airport. Friendly staff, early check in. Spacious rooms. Snacks and beverages provided.

Location was ideal for the airport. Having a restaurant was a bonus.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. There was no safe despite the website saying there was.

Great shuttle to the airport. Provided complimentary snacks in the room. Mini kitchen available. Restaurant on site but choices in a 10 minute walk.

Location was ideal - literally next door to the airport. Plus the hotel runs a shuttle service to the airport which is very convenient.

Being close to the airport - noise (cannot be avoided)

We didn’t receive the email regarding booking the free shuttle before our stay, so we couldn’t work out how to get there. However I have since received it three times which just annoys me again and again that we had to pay $29 in taxi fare.

Room was big, basic but clean. Airport shuttle was great. We only stayed one night before we flew to Bali.

Close to the airport, snacks and wine in the room was a nice touch.

nighttime staff was very unhelpful. We tried to book the airport transfer and when he asked us when we wanted it and we said a time, he then said well it doesn’t go at this time only these times (which he hadn’t mentioned to us first. He then booked us in for the wrong time and the shuttle thinking they had all customers departed without us. The daytime staff were much better and helpful.
