Nice and central. Comfortable apartment
No full length mirror only because i was getting dressed for a wedding and wanted to see what the entire outfit looked like.

Location was great, most things in Fremantle walkable, apartment was clean and spacious with lots of storage and laundry. Three bedroom apartment had large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Liked the honesty box for drinks and pool very well used given the hot weather.
No staff onsite to ask questions. One key between 6 people within a 3br apartment is not convenient, and only one towel per person for a 5 night stay (and no pool towels) without refreshing was not enough. The couches were old/broken and only seated 4 people. Apartment was very dated and needing TLC - blinds broken, carpet raised needing replacement, patio drain blocked, dr. Limited ammenities for a 3 br apartment - kitchen only had basic plates/glasses, knives & forks, no platters. Lots of simple fixes would have made our stay so much better.

Overall the place had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Quiet and peaceful area. Easy walk to most places in Fremantle CBD
Parking was tricky- had to use a car hoist. Would have like the instructions a head of time instead of the moment we pick up the key so we could process information.
We had 6 people and was only given one FOB/Key, would have liked a second one

Cool system though we had issue on one of the nights and was so stuffy but when was working was great
Lack of kitchen equipment very basic for a family if you wanted to stay in and cook
Fans on balcony and expelled hot air limited the enjoyment of the outdoor area

The apartment was very central to Fremantle and close to shops such as the IGA and restaurants. The Rottnest Ferry is only 15 mins walk away. The apartment is also spacious in size.
The owner needs to spend some money on the property to fix it up, there are several holes in the ceiling, in fact there is one above the third toilet which makes it unusable as you have water dripping from the apartment above. The shower door in the bathroom does not shut, the draw at the study desk does not shut, there is a lack of comfort in most of the rooms and it was very disappointing as it was very expensive.

The location is excellent, you are able to walk to most places within Fremantle's main urban areas, especially the markets
The pillows are not great. The cups in the drawers were a bit dirty and the facilities are old - the couch doesn't recline like it should. But overall, it's great

The curtains for the room with full glass makes it cumbersome to open the door when it’s drawn.

Bulbs needed replacing in standard lamp and laundry. Only one bedside lamp in main bedroom. Skirting boards very dusty in main bedroom.

TV program only local channels. TV not internet TV. Internet service intermittent. Carpark will be challenging if driving large size car.

Very clean and spacious. My family of 3 children, 2 adults and 1 elderly had had a very comfortable stay. Very convenient location.

Kitchen could be bit better equipped for longer stays ie no sharp knifes, scissors, serving bowls/platers etc and mayb need to provide 2 sets keys for larger groups

Location was great and within walking distance of many places we visited. Nearby supermarket made it easier to get the groceries we needed to do our own cooking. Private parking available.
Nothing much not to like to be honest. The dryer in the laundry room did not seem to work well on our final night there which caused us to bring wet laundry to our next accommodation but that could be a technical issue. Would be good to leave instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer as some visitors may not be too tech savvy.

Good location.
I was not informed that there was no luggage storage for early check in. We have informed them that we'll arrive early from overseas and requested for early check in, it was mentioned subject to availability. We understand that however we didn't expect that there was no reception that could help us to store our luggages. Probably we are not used to service apartements style. However the owner was kind enough to offer us wine for compensation which we didn't take it with us. The rooms are clean and the location was good. So not bad overall. Only lack of communication by the management.

The area gets really dark after about 6 in June. Almost none of the shops around the block are opened 😅 it was kinda eerie.

The apartment was very clean, the rooms spacious and light and the location excellent for walking to the sights of Fremantle, cafes, pubs and supermarkets. It also has a lovely balcony.

Great location very spacious and comfortable apartment, had everything we needed. Had a problem with the wrong code being sent for entry but Richard the building manager sorted it out quickly. Great stay.

Richard and his family were a pleasure to deal with. He made us feel very welcome. The complimentary wine was enjoyed! Also holding our bags after checkout until our afternoon flight, was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. It is an excellent choice for travelling as a group or family. The location is brilliant for seeing Fremantle. It is walking distance to main attractions such as the Fremantle Markets, bars and restaurants.
The only negative worth mentioning is that the building is not overly sound proof, so it is a good idea to bring earplugs.

The office people allowed us to store our luggage in their space after our cruise checkin was delayed.
Nice and close to the township. We walked everywhere and took the trains into perth

The only good thing was the location
It was dirty, I was told they didn’t have enough staff to clean such a large place. By the manager. Also, the manager parked in the only car spot allocated and said it was another guests car. However, he drove into the property the next morning.

dryer didn’t work, towel rail broken, patio door handle/locks broken, poor signage around apartment block, others guests old shoes were left behind, no scissors in apartment, run down, complementary snacks half of them were EXPIRED!

Huge apartment and great location, walking distance to shops, supermarket and places to eat.
There were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances in the apartment, including the aircon which was not turned on when we arrived on a very hot day. All of the bedroom doors were shut and we couldn’t get it to cool down properly. It could do with a deep clean and some maintenance, stains on furniture, cupboard doors etc, and obvious signs of water damage with rotten wood in the master bedroom.
Also no instructions on how to access the swimming pool or where it was, which was the main reason for booking this accomodation, as such we never got around to even seeing it.
Had to pay for small milks, and take out own rubbish which I would not have expected for the price paid. Feel poor value for money and probably wouldn’t stay again.

The location of the apartment was great.
The apartment was clean and spacious
We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and Richard was very helpful.
There were quite a few maintenance issues that need to be dealt with as follows:
The dryer did not work, the fridge leaked, the bifold doors out to the balcony were broken.
There was no instructions on using the air conditioning it was ducted and there were two remotes.

Huge apartment. Room 2 had a very large balcony, no view. Air conditioner worked well. 3 toilets in our 3 bedroom apartment. Allocated car park was close to lift with ramp rather than stairs, however, it’s number did not correlate with our room number. Location was great, We walked to everything we needed in Freo, including south mole light house, shopping, restaurants and Rottnest ferries.
The dish cloth supplied was dirty. Food splashes on kitten cabinets. Strange brown stain on side of toilet roll. No milk for coffee provided, instead a sort of honesty mini bar where one was expected to purchase small milks for coffee and also bottled of water. Having to take rubbish to the bin was a huge pain, no indication in room where it goes, heads up, it’s right at the car park exit, which is where you will also find the signs. I was tired and frustrated when trying to express that guests at such an expensive establishment should not have to dump their own rubbish, and if so, give better directions and signs. The staff person was extremely rude, perhaps a misogynist, rude to the extreme of insulting me, screaming in my face and slamming a door in front of me.

Loved the 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ( one ensuite) and extra toilet.
Also a full sized laundry.
