The Coach House

Comfortable and clean. No problem with the location or the property. Bed very comfortable. It is a little off putting that there is a fire damaged building at the site and a lack of signage to where to go on arrival.

It seems that the people running this place are not really interested in their clients or other people. It would really help if they were more interested in assisting clients and were more helpful, friendly and not just in it for the money ! I am particularly un-impressed with having the phone hung up when trying to talk with them. I am also disappointed, that they were not inclined to provide me with something for breakfast, as I had a slightly earlier start, especially as I had paid for the breakfast. It feels like that they can not be bothered ! Shame. My mark for my experience is more like 6/10

We loved the location with a short walk around the woodland on the property we seen red squirrels and a deer. The staff was excellent he made us a beautiful full English breakfast and even asked if we wanted more. And the price was unbeatable.

The man was amazing, he let us go in our room early for my husband to get his suit on and to put our bags in the room. He was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good and he made sure you had everything you wanted / needed

It could be updated a bit

Welcoming breakfast room and friendly staff

Outside was a bit tired
