It is a great break from the city, quiet, great for a family. The chalet is clean, well kept. We were in the two bedroom, there’s work going on to build a jacuzzi so we will certainly be back. The three bedroom has a jacuzzi. There’s a grill by the pool so the family can hang out and eat at the same time. The pool is a great big size, is temperature controlled and clean. The pool is completely private. There are plants surrounding the outside lining of the wall with beautiful flowers and if you get lucky you can see some rare birds too. There’s different outdoor furniture for you to sit and relax on. Indoors the kitchen and electronics are new, great quality. The TV is the new Samsung high def model, you can hook up your Netflix or Amazon prime account and enjoy. Bathrooms have clean towels, soap, hand wash, and shampoo. kitchen has utensils and a large fridge. It is very close to the mall if you want to drive to shop. Shaded parking is available outside.

The relaxing lounge have leather covers, which is easy to wipe clean but from a lot of usage were a little smelly-like damp. There also wasn’t any tissue in the whole chalet. There were a lot of mosquitoes and little flies, maybe more insect repellants need to be installed around the chalet.

very private, place was clean, felt secure, kitchen appliances were available (blender, oven, dishwasher,kettle, plates, utensils, mugs, cups). Towels and soap and shampoo provided. Water cooler provided. overall was very nice and would recommend.

no tissue was provided in the rooms and no kitchen tissue. only bathroom tissue roll. it’s a small inconvenience and can be resolved affordably. Also, 2 plates in the cupboard were dirty with hard food stuck. one concern were the neighbors in the larger villa who had loud Indian music playing from 8am. The country was in mourning of the president and we asked them turn it down but it was quite loud. We asked Dar66 to talk to them and after two attempts they finally tuned it off.

The room was clean and comfortable. The villa was totally neat and very organized. We did not have any issues and even when we did, we had access to the the concern via whats app and the need was being met. So overall it was good time.

There were no pool towels, so had to use bath towels. Though the concern arranged for an extra towels later on.

Cleaners didn't come for the 3 night stay,l so garbage was piling up, saw a rat running on the fence / wall, not enough towels for 6 adults as they hadn't been changed for 3 days, bed a bit short
