The apartment was too small for three people, wasn’t as clean as we expected and there was NO elevator

near to tramway meant living by side of noisy tramming till early morning. top floor meant unidentified unclear fifth floor.

The facility is well located and spacious

Unit not cleaned during the 7 night stay, no toilet paper provided stairs are not friendly for taking the luggage. no aircon and the unit was extremely hot can’t keep the windows open due to outside tram noise

the communication is bad, claiming that it did not enter the warehouse, I was on the street in the rain and they claiming that they had not entered the warehouse! they say that they develop with 72 hours of deposit after leaving! that didn't happen to me! they keep stalling to return your deposit!

Location is great. The flat is nice and well divided. There is everything needed to cook. Towels and complementary stuff are provided. The staff at the phone is very kind.

Needs some maintenance. Beds and sofa old and uncomfortable. There are very steep stairs. Clearly, it is noisy during the weekend, but this is the price to pay if you want to stay in the city center.

Location and space were great. Clean and uncluttered

Bit of an issue, which was resolved, with the shower (owners will be advised). It didn't really bother us but potential renters should be aware of street noise till the small hours at the weekend.

Lots of steps but beats the gym !

location was perfect, lots of eateries around, very clean property, clean towels and bedhsheets. comfy pillows, we stayed with the 1 bedroom and hall, quiet spacious, and kitchen had washer and dryer which was of great help. they also provided new sponge and dishwashing liquid. however no dishwasher, but it was ok. Their support was good as every query got answered thru mails, also if you have a local sim you can all them on their direct line.

NO LIFTS IN PROPERTY. so it was a very difficult task to take our bags to the 3rd floor on arrival and departure. Also very tough for kids and elders and people with leg or back issues to go up and down every time. if you do not have a local sim, its difficult to contact them as theres no reception. but you can email them and get a reply soon. Check out is at 10am sharp, which was such a problem as nowhere in the world the checkout is this early. They sent 3 mails to us telling us to check out at 10am, and didnt give a late check out either. Apart from these 2 points, the property is lovely to stay in.

Nearness to the City Centre was perfect. Met the room very neat and orderly. The maintenance man is amazing and does a very good job.

The bathroom was always cold, guess cos there is no heater in there. Also please provide a long handle cleaning brush for cleaning out dirts as its easier to use compared to the small handle brush. Also please leave clear instructions on how to dispose waste when necessary.

Well presented apartment in the city centre - pictures matched the property. Comfy and clean, had everything that you needed, during the stay they checked in to make sure everything was ok

Liked nothing but the location.

From our The apartment was dirty, theres no double be, 2 single beds added together. We thought we had late check out, turns out we didn't. And was rudly woken by the cleaner who swore at us telling us to get the f out and how she was sick of her job. So we got our stuff together and left as soon as possible, to only then come back home and find out she has reported us for things in the apartment been broken ?? We honestly broke nothing, we were in the apartment to sleep when we arrived back from been too a family members nothing more. Seriously would not recommend.
