Excellent location. Very clean. Great value. Lovely breakfast.

No room service so whilst towels were changed dirty cups were not replaced.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Dobre lokalizacja - blisko do dworca PKP. W pokoju lodówka jak i czajnik.

Brakowało mi stolika w pokoju. Dość ciasno (w dwie osoby w tym pokoju mogłoby być bardzo ciasno). Cienkie ściany (słyszałam chrapanie z innego pokoju) i niesie się z korytarza.

The location was the highlight as it was very convenient to the center. The staff were very friendly and helpful and looked after our luggage as we had a late flight. After that I can't give any more positives.

The room was extremely small to the point where I thought I was on school camp with two single beds almost touching each other. We could not even open our suitcases it was that small. The pillows were very poor and the room was very hot. The towels had holes in them and were frayed on the edges. The breakfast was included but was very poor. We had to preorder the day before and when we got there the next morning at 9.30 ( we wanted earlier but we couldn't get in ) the lady rudely said to us YOU HAVE TO WAIT. Well wait we did until 10.20 for what was a very poor breakfast. The waiter was wearing rubber gloved which seemed pointless as he was touching the money and the food with the same pair.

The property is 5 mins walk from the station, 10 mins walk to the old town, very good location Also we had a very early start and the breakfast they gave us for takeaway was brilliant

A great location, just 5mins from Krakow Glowny railway station and a 5min walk from Old Town

My only minor criticism was not having a choice of drinks at breakfast. It's one drink only, which they serve you from the counter.

Zima. Kaloryfery działają bez problemu. ALE hałas przepływającej wody nie pozwolił spać spokojnie.

В цілому все добре. Чисто, є чайник і холодильник. Поряд великий ТЦ, вокзал.
