Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Für meine Tochter hat kein Kindermenü gepasst - der Koch kam und hat mit ihr besprochen, was sie gerne möchte und das extra für sie eine eigene Speise zubereitet. Late Checkout ohne Probleme möglich. Die meisten Angestellten hatten ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und waren nicht nur zu mir sondern auch zu meiner kleinen Tochter sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Desayunó buenísimo Atención muy buena .. pedimos una almohada de más y sin problema.. y el último día salir un poco más tarde de la hora y tampoco hubo ningún problema Destacó también la ubicación

El desayuno cambia de findes de semana a días entre diario.. aun así sigue siendo muy bueno

It was amazingly located. You just walk out and by foot it was probably no more than 10 minutes to the main Christmas markets. Along the way, you’d find cafes, boutiques, shops, etc. The staff is what makes the hotel amazing. I read this in the reviews before booking, and that’s what made me book. But truly! If you needed anything the front desk was very accommodating. More than that was the breakfast staff. Ibrahim especially. He would welcome you as if you were entering his home. Happy to always custom create dishes or please people, even in the smallest of ways. The staff always came over and made sure you had whatever you needed, chit chatted with you, and just gave an all around warm feeling. Our special thanks to Yanna, Ibrahim and Priyanka!

The rooms are a bit basic. I feel like the price is a bit high for the standard ness of the rooms themselves. Breakfast itself is also good, but not great as far as options.

Excellent position, right in the center, close to public transport, big rooms, good food, clean.

The evening waiters could benefit from more training, they were young and inexperienced.
