Great views. Suites are decent, but the rooms are small.

Had to wait more than 30 minutes for an elevator, as they were constantly full of people. Had to take an elevator up just to secure my spot and then take it down.

Saya mendapat upgrade ke tower harbourview room, tp cmn 1 kamar saja. Dan 1 kamar lg kita di beri kamar yg lbh kecil yg gak ada standing showernya dan akhirnya kita minta ganti ke kamar lain yg ada standing showernya krn ada bawa orang tua.

Gostei da localização, da vista do quarto do hotel e do atendimento. Camas confortáveis com roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade e bem limpas. Localização muito segura e tranquila, e perto da estação do metrô.

Não gostei do chuveiro do banheiro.

Room had so much dust so we kept on sneezing.

Most of staffs are not friendly with no smile and even didn’t say good morning. Need to make a good environments for them.

I've stayed here a couple of times now, I absolutely love this hotel and I highly recommend it ☺️ The comfort, the staff is 100 per cent. The hotel is spotless. Housekeeping is excellent and nothing is any trouble to them. They clean daily. The harbour view deluxe is a joy to stay in, that view is just breathtaking 😍😍 I look forward to going back in the near future (DV)

Fantastic location, perfect for our needs. Close to MTR, lots of shops nearby. Room was very clean.

Bath did not drain away quickly. Corridors could have been cleaner.

Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, great location and easy access to shops around Whampoa.

Since the pool is located at the top floor, many times it was closed due to bad weather warnings.

Loved everything about this hotel! Check in was easy, check out was easier. Staff are friendly, concierge very helpful. Breakfast was delicious - great variety. The view from the hotel rooms we had was spectacular! The new wing was interesting, even though the rooms were smaller, comfort was not compromised.

The club floor was not up to standard, the breakfast sample there was terrible.

Location and size of room

Pillow is very flat, didnt sleep well. Counter staff for check in were not very polite and friendly.

Harbour Grand Kowloon 26 to 29 April 2023 stay. I am a regular guest at the hotel since 2012. I spend over 200 nights a year in hotels and the harbour grand was one of my favourites. The last time I was here was around 3 years ago and then covid stopped travel. I was looking forward to my stay this week and using the executive lounge. My feelings were deflated after I arrived, I was given a suite room 2366 in the tower, which was ok but I prefer the harbour view in the original building so moved to 1733. The rooms have been refurbished and I suppose it was due, however I liked the original style, but that’s just me, the new colour scheme grew on me however would say you needed more electrical sockets. The quality of the TV reception is not that good on a lot of channels and the bed could have been more comfortable. My main disappointment was the executive lounge which used to be one of the best in the world and now is similar to a mac donalds with a limited food offer compared to before, especially in the evening, the breakfast is ok but not as good. The room has no atmosphere and hardly anyone comes in , where as before it was always busy. I also miss not having the reception girls at the desk which business men like. It was great to see part of the old team Queenie, Andy and Ringo, who were very helpful as usual. I also notice that you are catering more for the Chinese market so maybe that’s prompted the change for the exec lounge but I have been in several hotels with exec lounges in China and they put on a better variety than you. The sea food buffet was very good and corner café was also good. I will still come back but thought you would appreciate my views. John Chillingworth

Hotel location is very nice, with awesome harbour view, convenient access to MTR station Wampoa (10min walk). Room is very confortable and clean. The pool area on the 20th is the highlight of the hotel!

Breakfast could be improved a bit to match hotel standards. But overall it's very good.
