Bardzo ładny apartament, miła obsługa, pokój wygodny i przestronny w obiekcie bardzo czysto, pyszna kawa i dobre śniadanie. POLECAM!

We had a room with balcony and view on the castle. The location is great.

The food is good. Breakfast is delicious. But that’s about it.

The style of the decoration is post soviet. Very old and sad. The bathroom is horrible - I was scared to stay in it by myself. The water in the sink DOES NOT DRAIN! When I asked staff to fix it - nothing was done about it. No room heating! 1 window is made from old school glass tile. That means no noise cancelation, no warmth inside, nothing that is used in 21st century. Sad experience.

The stuff were extremely nice and helpful. Excellent location, maybe 7mins walk from Wawel castle.

For the price per night I would expect more comfortable bed, cleaner carpets and walls.

WiFi network signal was very weak ( in our room at the 4th floor) That’s unacceptable. The heating was not good and it was cold in the room, so we asked to switch on a conditioner which usually works in summer.

Delicious breakfast, extra nice staff. Location is great, You can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes. There is shops and food all over the place.
