The whole experience was brilliant , loved every minute. Hotel staff were brilliant as was the hotel . Will be back at some point . Lovely touch of flower for international women’s day . First class place and so close to all aspects we wanted to visit.

Absolutely everything was perfect in this hotel. From the warm staff at the reception, to the clean and cosy bedroom/bathroom. I even got a free upgrade to a beautiful room No. 600 with a balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable with a range of different pillows and I liked the Rituals products in the Shower and Bathroom. Towels were soft, lighting in the room was great. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be back again here for sure 100%. Obrigado!

Beautiful, modern property right in the heart of Porto. It’s close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The room itself is very nice— you can tell it’s been recently renovated. I personally loved the spacious shower, comfy bed and delicious breakfast buffet.

Entrance and the Lobby grabbed my impression, so good. The room is modern. The receptionist was friendly, kind, professional.

La chambre et le lit sont confortables. L’emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville. Toutes les visites peuvent être faite à pied depuis l’hôtel. La chambre est bien insonorisé des bruits de la rue.

Trois points d’amélioration seraient la salle de bain de la chambre qui est trop petite pour un couple. (On ne peut pas se préparer à deux. ) Deuxième point la propreté de la salle de bain (les murs et les joints de la salle de bain mériteraient d’être nettoyés de temps en temps) Enfin le compteur électrique qui fait du bruit dans la chambre. ( ça reste discret) Ce sont des points d’amélioration car nous avons très bien dormi dans la chambre.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Variety and quality of produce were excellent. Coffees were delicioso. Nothing for the staff was a problem. Great young team with massive pride in their work and hotel.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is quite good. Service, reception is wonderful, very warm hearted and friendly, willing to help.

El personal es extremadamente amable y la ubicación es excepcional. La habitación estaba perfectamente climatizada y insonorizada, y todo estaba muy limpio.

La habitación contaba con pequeños desperfectos en el mobiliario y las paredes, propios del uso. Estaría bien contar con agua de cortesía durante toda la estancia, no solo la primera noche.

Location excellent - right in town and only 5-10 min walk to river and historic downtown. Hotel - Breakfasts and Dinner were exceptional, excellent quality throughout. Room - We had an immediate upgrade upon arrival which was very nice, rooms spotless and very comfortable.

The only problem we had was gaining a "later" drink from the bar.....the bar closed at 11pm and if you had come back from dinner in town and wanted a nightcap before bed you couldn't. I have passed on to management that these days I would have expected to be able to order a drink certainly up until 12 midnight as a resident.
