It was clean and comfortable.

They cannot provide a proper invoice. I needed it to proof the stay, but the only thing they could give me was a paper that didn't contain my name nor the address of the place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were great, friendly and they were able to help us with everything. We look forward to the next meeting!!❤️

Great location - easy to walk into main area of Ksamil. Found check in a little strange as needed to contact the owner via booking.com messages to meet me there and facilitate check in. They came very quickly after the message but would not have been able to do this so easily if didn't have data. Accomodation was very safe, good AC and clean and tidy. Good kitchen to make breakfasts/simple meals.

Slightly difficult checkin. Would have liked clearer checkin instructions.

Amazing location, the apartment is really cosy and comfortable. Denis was the perfect host, he sort out every doubt we had. Definitely i will book it again if i come back.

It was good for a family stay. It was spacious, clean and friendly. The location was good as it was close to the beach and downtown. Parking was convenient and I would like to visit again.

The air conditioning was small compared to the spacious room, which was a bit disappointing.

The property was far from the noisy part of the town but in the mean time close to the better restaurants, shops and to the beach. The manager and his sister were really nice and every time we needed something they were there to help. We even booked a boat trip through the agency owned by Denis and the experience was absolutely amazing. Thanks for everything!

There were some areas to improve but basically every note from a customer is immediately taken in consideration. Best thing to do is whenever you consider missing something to ask Denis or his sister and they will act asap.
