Great location, 5mins walk from the station/centre of town. Maria was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and has great local knowledge with excellent recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, and having the kitchen available for breakfast at any time rather than needing to eat by a certain time was great Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I'm visiting that part of the world.

A very minor thing - my room had sole use of the bathroom across the hall from the room, which wasn't a problem in itself - my only issue is that the light in the hallway (on a motion sensor) was incredibly bright when getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night! A more gentle light would have been appreciated.

I understood from the description on booking.com that it had its own parking, it is actually street parking and was pretty crammed. Host moved his van in order for me to park which was kind.

Great place. Welcoming....relaxed....just brilliant.

Super easy to get to, very welcoming host. Accommodation clean comfortable and fun. Murals, view sole use of top floor and greay breakfast room facilities combined with personable, cheery ownet, made for a good night's stay. His recommendation for where to eat in the evening was spot on.

Simon is the most lovely host - we are yet to meet Maria! This place feels very much home from home - where you can help yourself to a delicious breakfast at a time that suits you....much appreciated as we rise after 9am! The stay here is always very laid back and relaxed - but also exciting when you never know what interesting people you may meet in the kitchen - in terms of other guests! The bedroom and bathrooms are spotless, the rooms a perfect temp and the views from the property fabulous. For people that don't know the are, there is boundless info on places to visit/things to do and how to get there. Would highly recommend to all.
