Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Marcie’s townhouse in Delaporte. We had excellent snorkeling when the winds were calm and the thimbles (tiny jellyfish) left the area. We ate at The Poop Deck two nights where the fish was delicious. The townhouse was equipped with everything we could have needed or wanted including beach towels, beach bags, snorkeling equipment and lots of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cooking needs and the grill was great. We loved the patio, the pool and the pier. The cross breezes enabled us to keep the AC off the entire week. Local people were very friendly and helped us in many ways. We used the jitney, taxis the water ferry and walking for everything. We rented a car but did not use it but once. A thank you to Barbara who was very helpful and checked in on us often. We would definitely visit again.

This is the perfect place if you'd like a relaxing vacation away from the hotel crowds. We were a family of four with two teen/tweens. The home was even better than expected. The views are as magnificent as the photos show. The home has every single thing stocked that you can think of - an abundance of beach/pool towels, quality bathroom towels, kitchen needs, beach stuff, basket of sunscreens, etc. Could have just hung out on the porch reading a book with the view each day! The overall gated community is immaculately kept. We had one of the pools basically to ourselves the whole week. The beach was not crowded and easy to get to, as well. This property was walking distance to four really great restaurants, as well as walking distance to a great sports/beach gear store and pharmacy to restock on sunscreens. The grocery store is a 10 min walk. The Jitney bus stop is right outside of the complex and super convenient to get places. Can't recommend enough!

Had a great stay in this condo. It was the perfect size for my family of 5. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean. The patio was lovely. Barbara was a phone call away anytime we had a problem. There were a lot of stairs to the master bedroom, so if stairs are an issue this would not be a good place. The gated community was very nice, we felt very safe there. The pools were great. Beach was just ok. A lot of seaweed and rocky. We just headed to other beaches- Love beach was our favorite. Location is good with several restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car but you could definitely do it without a car- bus stop is right by entrance to Delaporte.

We spent 7 days in this unit and really enjoyed our time there. All of the amenities that you would need are here. The location is perfect as you are feet away from the water and in a gated community. We felt safe the entire time here and even drove around the island to visit Curly's and some other areas. I would highly recommend staying here as Marcie was very responsive to all my inquiries. We had a storm come through on one night and her husband was kind enough to bring us some flashlights (which actually were already in the unit I just overlooked their location). Take advantage of renting a car from Barbara as well! She will pick you up from the airport and drop you off as part of the car rental. Thanks again!

This property was truly amazing. Perfect for a family getaway. Marcie answered every question I had promptly. Barbara the property manager was super helpful with everything and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We are already planning our next trip to this great townhouse! Can’t wait to return !

I was absolutely amazed!! Everything about this trip and stay was wonderful! The hospitality of Marcie, her property manager, Barb, and the security staff was more than excellent! The house was in a great location, everyone was friendly, the water was beautiful! The house was well supplied, clean, and spacious. The views were also amazing! I would absolutely recommend staying here!

My family and I recently stayed at this townhouse and were extremely pleased. The location is extremely relaxing as you can sit on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing. The pool was just steps away as well as access to the beach or you can just snorkel off steps down to the ocean. The townhouse was very clean and spacious. The only issue was the air conditioner in the master bedroom can be a bit noisy. Marcie and Barbara were very responsive to any questions we had. It is further away from downtown and Paradise Island, but we really enjoyed the relaxing, quiet area and I would highly recommend this property to others.

We had a great time! The grill was center stage along with the view!! Very comfortable home, great appliances supplies in the kitchen and for swimming/snorkeling. Marcie is very nice and prompt answering everything we asked. Definately a high reccomendation to stay in Nassau!! Thank you for everything❤️

Excellent location. Beautiful vista. Access to swimming and beach and local amenities really good. Helpful information from owner and local caretaker. Bedrooms and living accommodation airy and Comfortable. A perfect first stay in the Bahamas.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Marcie was excellent with communication and assisting us with any questions. Prior to our arrival, she provided all the information we would need for the condo, as well as information on activities and restaurants to make our stay great. The condo is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough that a trip to town is only 15-20 min drive away. The morning view over the ocean just couldn't be beat. The pools were clean and the beach was only a short walk away. One of our favorite spots was out on the pier, which is footsteps away from the patio. The condo was well equipped and very clean. Barbara was wonderful. Although we only needed her assistance once, she was readily available and willing to help. We rented a van from her for the week and would highly recommend it, as it gave us the freedom to explore whenever we wanted. The local grocery store stocked everything we needed and there were quite a few restaurants close by. Would highly recommend the Exumas trip, just talk to Barbara first as she was able to get us discounted tickets. :) Also would recommend a trip to Love Beach, which is only a few miles west. Beautiful beach with few people and great for snorkeling and exploration. We spent quite a few hours relaxing here. Cannot wait to return!

Our stay in the Bahamas was PERFECT! The location of this condo, in regards to the ocean, pool and other activities/amenities was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean, well-decorated and sufficient. Not much time was actually spend indoors due to the fact that right off the back porch was the beautiful ocean and one of the pools. The fact that you were right on the water was amazing. We have two small children so this was an ideal set up for our family. The beach was quiet and private which made it even better. We rented a car from Barbara and did a lot of exploring. It's crazy how quickly we became familiar with everything and within the week we were there it began to feel like home! Barbara was very helpful and fun to have around! She took care of any issues we had (one night one of the toilet's stopped flushing) in a very timely manner. She was helpful in regards to providing information on different restaurants or places to go and things to see. It's always helpful having a local give you a run down of the area and what to do. We really enjoyed having her around! Marcie was amazing at getting back with us very quickly and the information packet she provided prior to the trip was very helpful! She was great to work with and accommodated everything we could want or need! As we were warned...the food prices there are VERY high! Not just in restaurants but in the grocery stores as well! Just be prepared to pay usually about 3 times more than what you're used to paying (in the States anyways!). We ate at many local places including Twisted Lime, Margaritaville, Blue Sail, Compass Point. Compass point had AMAZING views...the menu is minimal but the food was good and you couldn't beat the location. Blue Sail was probably our favorite and within walking distance of the condo. We didn't eat here until our last dinner and we wish we would have eaten there more...the food was good and the atmosphere was beautiful...right on the water! We also took the opportunity of having a car to check out the Atlantis and Baha Mar. Both beautiful resorts that you can walk around and eat out even if you aren't staying there. Overall we had the PERFECT week...the weather was great and the water is unlike anything we've ever seen before. We will be back!

Spectacular views, close to everything, beautiful townhouse well equipped! We did enjoy every moment of it! Very relaxing and quiet! Barbara, the manager, looks after us like no other, she is awesome! Thank you Marcie!

Quiet. Spacious. Right on the water. Beautifully equipped. Tasteful. We didn't rent a car which would have been helpful, though convenient public transportation nearby. We loved working with the property manager, Barbara!

The Home was just perfect for our family of 5 getaway. We greatly enjoyed the morning pool, the beautiful deck to enjoy the morning sun and the wonderful sea animal viewing from the pier. Just a perfectly relaxing vacation.
