Spacious and Comfortable

Overall everything was good

. Apartment was very comfortable and central to everything. Great view, warm and very well laid out. Owners were very easy to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Adelaide.

Apartment could do with a few more cooking utensils like a small pot and a kettle. And some basic condiments such as salt and pepper.

The location was good - walking distance to the mall - casino-supermarket - access to public transport very easy

For the amount of money we paid per night the last that we could expect was to have a comfortable bed, this was not the case, the main room has two single mattresses put together, the gap was so uncomfortable every time you roll over- turn around in the bed horrible. One of the single mattresses has stains and there was not a cover mattress in none of the beds. The cleaning hasn’t been done for a while behind the table nights. Why not have a decent queen size mattress in the main room? In general, the cleaning was not great The apartment is located in the Oaks building, before our departure we asked at the reception if we could leave our luggage for a couple hours, our plane back to Melbourne was at 3 pm the answer was no, as we were not oaks passengers. We didn’t know that there was not a building reception we neither got information from the person who give us the apartment’s keys. (FYI - There is no lockers at the Adelaide rail station either – any city in Australia provide lockers for the travelers not here in Adelaide ) Not WIFI provided or information maybe it was but no passwords details to be found in the apartment We wont get back

Location was excellent and size of apartment was good. Beds clean and comfortable.

Lack of basic equipment for cooking. No tea towels. No blankets - there was a spare doona that was very dirty, unusable. Even though free wifi was advertised had to ask for it, and had a gadget delivered. So only had access half of the time.

No food at all. We had to wait some time to get the keys, despite ringing some 4 times and also letting them know when we were arriving. No remorse from the owner.
