Quiet location within a short walk to the center of Kanazawa. The hotel was so comfortable and all staff was very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast and the bath was clean and quiet. Hope to stay here again!

First of all, our hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating. We needed to check out, but weren't ready to leave Kanazawa so they kept our luggage for a few hours until we were ready to go back to the train station, that way we could enjoy visiting Kanazawa without carrying our luggage. Such a nice gesture! The breakfast was delicious! They had traditional foods and some more traditional European/American items... we enjoyed both immensely. We would stay here again on our next visit to Kanazawa!!

Loop bus to get there has limited hours of running. Be aware that you might need a cab to get there during off hours.

The room is very spacious and traditional. The onsen is big and very nice. The beds offer The choice between the Western and the Japanese style. The view is very relaxing.

Something to cover the light from the windows would be nice. The traditional paper covers woke us up at 5 am

Only breakfast was good and all other things was not value either location. Especially the facility was poor and most difficult thing was too cold to stay, sleep that’s why we’ve checked out next day. It was 5 days reservation to stay but only one night and run away from this hotel. Checking-in two young female staffs were not trained well enough and also checking-out the old male and female manager were also not good attitude

Too cold to stay and quite a far from the downtown and over - charged against the location, the facility, the service and staffs attitude were most of all are poor not as a good hotel
