The unit a bit wore down and the utilities like toilet tissue and soap were limited.

Wasn’t clean, bed sheet for the sofa bed had several stains and didn’t even cover the complete mattress. Food and rubbish left from previous person. Also the cleaners came at 9:45/9:50 when check out was at 10… why couldn’t they just wait 10 minutes as we felt rushed to get out.

The view was amazing. The unit was lovely and clean.

Booking in was a challenge as they do not cater to people that are not computer savvy. Even when you get into the unit you have to scan a QR code to get information about the property. There was no phone call for the day of arrival and the reception staff were not helpful. It took over an hour and numerous phone calls just to try and get support to book in. The lockbox was not in an obvious place. Aircon does not work.

Well appointed, easy access in and out by car to travel further afield each day. Great parking, big wide access. Nice views. Quiet. Great pools. Spacious. Close to everything.

Location is good

Air-conditioning was not working, company we booked through would not take a phone call to discuss, nor would they communicate what was going on, in the end they did refund one night's accommodation but all we wanted was air-conditioning unbearable heat they would not relocate anther to another room. Hallway smelt like a garbage tip. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and air-conditioning vent full of dust dirt need a good clean
