Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza

Room size and very comfortable

Coming down to breakfast at about 8.30 each morning and the hot food was not kept hot enough, I appreciate the problems of cooking en masse but the infra red lamps above the food should be more powerful to keep the food hotter!

Lage war sehr gut. Frühstückaqualität war solala. Service katastrophe.

It’s fairly well located if you don’t mind the 15 minute or longer walk to landmarks or Gran Vía. It’s a Marriott so one would expect a good chain hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable and spacious compared to other properties in Europe. Overall it’s good.

Staff were not so kind. They seemed to be annoyed for no reason. Cleaning staff forgot to clean the bathroom 2 straight days (were there for 6) and did not change the amenities in the shower even though we made notice that we were out of shower gel and shampoo.

Everything was average

The hotel was average and not worth the money I paid. Even the authorisation money on my card was blocked for too long after having paid in full!
