Room upgrade was fantastic. Very clean, modern, spacious room and Nespresso coffee machine a bonus. Nice view across the canal. Buffet breakfast was very nice, fresh, good selection.
Mattress was a little soft for my liking but ok for 1 night. It's not far from the train station but is a bit of an incline up some of the streets to get there by foot, not great if you have heavy luggage.

Fantastic location in trendy Wharfside area, only a short walk away from New Street Station.Friendly staff. Decent room for the price. Perfect for a weekend break.
Included breakfast was self-service buffet style. The food was passable but a little on the dry side after having stood for a while. Not a dealbreaker, though.
