The room design is unique

No breakfast provided as the number of rooms are limited, but I like the concept and the privacy the hotel gave. the beds were comfy, the bathroom and toilet was clean.

not value for nearly one thousand per night , used tower beside the jacuzzi, previous consumers drinks inside the chiller , dirty tatami mat with lots of water mark , very disappointed

i like how unique is the room and place but the downside is the service of the staff is really bad i mean it by really bad, they doesn’t even offer help with my heavy bag and doesn’t also open the door for us, the cleanliness is quite poor the floor is so sticky. Tried to ordered the room service menu but they say only have chinese cuisine which is non halal not recommended at all. Better go to HARD ROCK PENANG better service and place to stay and staff really friendly and helpful

Nice hotel with lots to offer

I know we are getting over covid, but i found that the hotel was operating well below that of a five star hotel and should be honest with its customers. The room was not clean and had mould on. the ceiling, the bath spout was broken and the tempoary fix allowed water to go over the floor. Bed sheets were dirty, but changed quickly on request, but i question if the room was cleaned to covid standard. Nice touch was the sign saying the mini bar was free but the fridge was empty. The pool was dirty with green algae being cleaned as we went to use it.. Pool bar was closed Spa was closed Bar restaurant is nice looking, but on arriving at 5 was told that we have to be gone at 7pm as the tables were all reserved for locals. Cigar and whiskey lounge closed Chinese restaurant breakfast and dinner was good reccomended. My view is the rooms are not cheap and the hotel is not currently up to full operation so in terms of customer experience it was a poor stay and could have been a lot better. The hotel should make customers aware of what is actually working and not.

Booked the Zen room, once walked into the room it was "wow". The interior looks good

Even tho the hotel claimed they're 5 stars, but service and the room quality isn't on par. 1. The room wasn't clean, we saw lots of dust behind the round bed and even chips behind the bed (wth?). And dust can be seen every corner or the room 2. There's no room service (nothing can be order to the room) 3. The cleaning utensils wasn't come in pair, while we took the biggest room in the hotel == 4. If they could provide a bigger bedsheets, the bed was in round shape. And the bedsheet was so small, it just came off easily
